The staff were kind and helpful.

modern hotel and very clean with helpful staff. EV charger was a bonus.

Clean and helpful staff

We arrived late at night with a broken rear window (we got robbed down in Bari...) and the gentleman at the front desk offered us safe underground parking and immediately offered to arrange our window to be replaced the next morning (which we eventually refused - because we needed to get home fast - but this attention alone makes this hotel a 10/10 in my book). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had limited options but everything was high quality.

The EV charging was quite expensive at over €1\kWh. There is no real public transport to the old town, so you have to take a taxi for around 30€ each way.

The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. The even printed our cruise check in paperwork for us as we stayed there the night before sailing off from Ravenna Porto corsini.

Breakfast is ok. But the seating capacity in restaurant is miserable.

As we come with kids and after a long journey, they just ran on the lounge. The staffs on rezeption was not happy with that and handled very unprofessional and not as we still from Italy experienced.

Basically, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. The rooms were simple but nice, and the breakfast seemed sufficiently varied. The parking lot is quite large, but if you arrive late at night, you may only find a spot for your car in the outdoor, unguarded section. The benches and chairs in front of the entrance are comfortable and unique. It's a shame that there aren't any quiet places where you can chill out a bit. The Moldovan guy at the reception desk late at night was very kind and helpful.

Only here did I feel the strange sensation of mass tourism, where I felt like a speck of dust in the machine. Their motto could be: 'Pay, sleep, have breakfast, and leave'. Buses came and went, and people arrived from all over the world. Even though our room was non-smoking, there were still dumb people who thought they were too lazy to go downstairs and smoked at the open window at the end of the corridor. The draft spread the smoke everywhere on the floor. No alarm was triggered. The breakfast room is cramped compared to the size of the hotel. It's as if it were designed so that you wouldn't linger here, but just grab a few bites and leave. Early check-out is also a bit stressful, as there can be quite a long line at the front desk at that time. The hotel informed us in a message that only ratings of 9 or 10 are considered as acceptable to them. Come on, let's not do this kind of pressure...
