We were here once and the host was very caring, attentive and very helpful. He changed the bed linen and towels. The apartment was clean, nicely renovated in the center of Bari. I highly recommend it.

I would have liked a mirror in the main bedroom for getting ready. There was just one mirror above sink in the bathroom.

Property was very functional, our room was clean recently renovated and had all the essentials. Location of the property was really great for access to the old town as well as the main shops in the new town.

The room was very clean. Shower good with pressure water. Rocca the owner was very helpful in anything we needed. Lift to the apartment was a bonus as not all apartments have lifts in italy. We will be back for sure.

Of course, in a location like this, street noise can be a problem, if the windows are open, but we slept with them closed - there is air con - and the building itself is very quiet.

The property is very well located, in the smart “shopping” district - just a few minutes walk from the old town, and the lungomare- and only about 15 minutes walk from the station. It is spacious and has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is very well set up. The owner was very nice to deal with - helpful, and communicative. He made a special arrangement to meet us at the property later than the usual check-in hours. (This is something to be aware of - the check-in hours are 15.00 to 17.00. As mentioned, the owner was very kind, and accommodated us , meeting us at 19.00, but a very late arrival would not be possible.) The arrangement to have breakfast in the cafe downstairs - coffee and cornetto is perfect.

A little noisy during the night.

The location was perfect. Situation right on the edge of the old town and a short (10 to 15 minute) direct walk to the train station. Breakfast was in the very popular cafe next door, a great way to start the day.

Our stay was perfect, the apartment outclass our expectation! It was far above the standard of other apartments I have stayed in in the past. It was perfectly clean, and newly refurnished which created nice feeling. The location is also great as the apartment is located few steps from the entrance to the historical city center and the main shopping street is just around the corner. We also liked the breakfast in the coffee right in the neighboring house. I would also like to point out the very friendly owner! At our arrival we were welcomed with fresh fruit, Italian cookies and typical ice tea. He also recommended us some place to visit in the surrounding of Bari. All in all, great place for a stay in Bari, would definitely come back!

Compared to other B&Bs we stayed in in Bari, the price is a bit higher however the quality of the room was worth it.

The location of this B&B is great, you are really close to the old town and city center of Bari. The rooms are beautiful and modern in an historic building with high seilings. For the breakfast, we received vouchers to have coffee and pastry in the cafe next door. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wasn’t a fan of the fake gerberas in the passage way. Nowhere suitable to store luggage. However I overcame that issue, as a business just down the street helped me out, and let me leave my luggage at their premises for a few hours. Nothing at street level to indicate the accommodation.

Charming, comfortable, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated room in converted mansion flat, in heart of Bari. Within easy walking distance, of Old Town, cafes, restaurants etc. Friendly host.

There was a huge fight outside my window on Day 1, with everyone looking from their balcony, people stopping, cars stopping, cops came by bike, walking to break up the fight. That was a very scary introduction to Bari. The rest of the stay was fine but the place can be loud at night with cars, voices, etc...If you're a light sleeper, I would recommended somewhere further away.

The owner is very nice and offered a fruit plate upon arrival. There were also biscuits for tea/coffee (didn't partake) and for breakfast, you have vouchers to use for the bar next door for coffee/cornetto, etc by 10.00 am. The room is on 2nd floor but there is elevator so that is nice.
