Food in the restaurant

Location was good with free parking. Strategic stopover for us driving from UK to Rome. Room was spacious; although a bit dated, it was clean. Staffs were friendly. Dinner food in the restaurant was mediocre hence we didn’t stay for breakfast.

Nice facility, included parking underground. Overall very clean and modern.

The location made it much more difficult to visit the centre of Milan than we thought, needing to use trams and metro. This was not suitable when returning later so would choose a hotel closer.

The hotel was very clean, large comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

On our stay the car window got broken by thieves and few things are stolen, luckily expensive items are not inside. That's in the parking space in front of the building itself.

The room is minimalistic and clean. The noise from the street and next door room is minimal to not noticeable. The breakfast is ok.

Sound isolation inside the rooms was inadequate. Sliding door to the toilet is not great solution either.

we recently had the pleasure of staying at Cosmo Palace in Milan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff especially Anna at the front desk welcomed us with warm smiles and impeccable service, making us feel right at home. she was so nice and lovley we needed a recommendations for local restaurants and she gave us the location to a very nice restaurant not far from the hotel. The hotel boasts a modern and sophisticated design that perfectly blends comfort with our style. Our rooms was impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need as a family of five adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. The breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of options. Fresh pastries, fruits, and a selection of hot dishes provided a perfect start to my day. Additionally, the hotel's location is great when using a car - parking is easy with a lot of space needed—the hotel conveniently situated near public transport its a round 7 km from the center of Milan, using rented car makes it easy to explore Milan. Anna was again very helpful when we needed to keep our suitcases with in the hotel for a few days while we where traveling outside of Milan, It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for Anna. Overall, our stay at Cosmo Palace Milan exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. I can't wait to return!
