Perfect place and location!

Wifi was an issue. No reception in the room. Had to go out to common area or outside. Some additional supplies such as tea towels, Salt, sugar, oil would have made it easier for people wishing to cook in. A microwave would have also been handy. A bit further from many of the towns than expected

Such a serene place to stay with beautiful surrounds. Spacious with beautiful rolling hills. Typical Tuscany building and views. My kids enjoyed the pool. The host was friendly though was not there when we arrived. He arrived not long after the cleaner contacted him. Check in process was smooth. The place is a bit older but generally pretty clean.

Very little - possibly an electric kettle would have helped rather than one heated on the stove…

Well located, excellent and secure parking. Beautifully maintained gardens. Apartment was clean and sufficiently equipped for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable and linen impeccably clean. CoOp store in nearby Cavriglia is well stocked with fresh produce.

The apartement was poorley soundproofed. The kitchen supplies could be in better condition and the furniture in general could be a bit more inviting.

The whole space was very nice, in typical Tuscany style. Our apartment was a bit old but still very clean. The pool is a dream!

Wonderful residence in Tuscany. Panoramic view is fantastic: : olive groves and vinery. Quiet and peaceful countryside. The staff was great and very welcoming. Special thanks to Mauro, who was always making sure we have a lovely stay. Location is really good to go to the cities in central Tuscany. We strong recommend this place!

Quite a remote location so you have to drive for all your food/tea/coffee. Reception open very limited hours.

Beautiful pool, views and great to have a large bbq area and chairs for dinners. Very pretty property and surroundings.

The only improvement would be to provide more supplies in the kitchen. It was difficult to cook dinner there as there weren't very many kitchen utensils (e.g. large kitchen knives) to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at Erboli Residence. The views from the residence are beautiful, and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. The air conditioning was 100% necessary with the August heat. The pool area was very nice, and we enjoyed swimming here daily. From the location, we could reach most cities that we wanted to visit in around one hour. A car is definitely needed.

Erboli Residence is a great place for your stay in Tuscany. We are a family with 2 teenagers and stayed at a 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. The accommodation had everything that we needed. The pool area was highly appreciated in the end of the afternoons. The staff was great and very welcoming. Location is really good to go to the cities in central Tuscany. We strong recommend this place!

The résidence is simply beautiful, great facilities and surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The pool is amazing and the view is stunning. Incredibly peaceful.

It was gorgeous! You need a car to get to and from the Erboli Residence as a heads up.

The Erboli Residence was absolutely gorgeous! My partner and I stayed here for a friend's wedding, but we drove in from another city. Mauro was SO helpful and kind with us even though we arrived late and left early. I wish had spent more at the residence. It was very comfortable and lovely!

Staff was very helpful and professional, the whole area is clean and well kept, amazing pool and the garden, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the garden. Perfect place to relax as the whole area is very quiet. Easy and comfortable parking.

The living area/kitchen/3rd bedroom was pretty small. We initially booked x5 adults, which included x3 grown up kids. However one went home after the first week which we spent in another area of Tuscany. This was lucky as we would gave struggled with x5.

We had the end villa which had a table at the side. This gave us a panoramic view of the pool and beautiful countryside. This was the best bit of our stay, this accomodation has a lovely location. Nice to have air con. Games room good, bedrooms n bathrooms lovely.

Everything was great, no issues at all.

Just WOW!! Erboli is a tuscan dream and we could habe not chosen better for our group stay. Everything is kept in perfect condition, the outside area is stunning, well-maintained, and immensely big. Especially the pool area is huge and we could play sports and games on the lawn next to it. The apartments are spacious, have everything that’s needed, a well-equipped kitchen and enough storage room. Everyone slept super well in the comfy beds and there are shutters at the windows so it’s not too light. The staff were super helpful and friendly, always making sure we have a lovely stay, even before our arrival we could ask questions via Whatsapp and got all info needed. Thank you so much, we will surely come again! :)

Everything was perfect and we will surely come again!

We loved Erboli! Having never been there, it was a „risk“ going there with a group of 30 people BUT it was the best decision ever!! Starting with the staff and checkin, we already felt warmly welcomed appreciated as guests. We enjoyed the property tour and recommendations for the area. Also, all our questions were answered even before we arrived via Whatsapp. Once all guests had arrived it was pure holiday feeling - we especially loved the huge pool, various possibilities to eat, lounge and relax, as well as the spacious apartments. The area is a tuscan dream and all we had hoped for! 😊☀️

Very nice, very well maintained and beautifully located holiday complex, around 50 min. (by car) south of Florence, which is perfect to relax but certainly also to have a nice get together with friends and family.
