Great property in Desenzano,where you can feel welcome with your dogs. There is plenty of parking,a really nice garden with a pool and the hosts are really friendly. Loved it that there were only adults here. The breakfast was good too :)

Honestly, we loved everything about our stay. The only small thing I felt was missing was a comfy seating area in the common space, perhaps a cosy sofa to relax with family or chat with other guests.

From the very first moment we arrived, the hotel gave me such a warm and positive impression. We arrived to find a rustic-style house with a lovely garden that instantly felt so peaceful and inviting. The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared each morning, which made every start to the day a real pleasure. The service was truly exceptional. This is clearly a family-run business, and you can feel the passion and dedication in everything they do. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time, and we truly did.

It was perfect, just as described.

I liked everything! This place is truly great, furnished with lots of love and attention to detail. Very well maintained too. The room was peaceful and quiet, the bed was really comfortable, staff incredibly kind, and great breakfast provided. Location is about 35-40min on foot, or 5min in a car from Desenzano historic centre. We walked, but there are also easy parking options around the historic centre for those who prefer to go in a car.

Great facilities, beautiful sorroundings, comfort, cleanliness, good wifi, comfortable beds with memory foam pillows, absolutely wonderful breakfast, charming hostesses (owners) Letizia and Paula. Sometimes air conditioners makes strange sound, specially it’s noticeable during night

We were fortunate to discover this charming and cozy hotel. The property is perfect for a calm and relaxing vacation. The room is stylish, with every detail thoughtfully designed to match the overall aesthetic. The owner, Letizia, is incredibly friendly and hospitable. The area around the villa is clean and picturesque. We will definitely return to this wonderful place!

This place is wery beautiful and peaceful. Beautiful flowers, yard and house. Wonderful place to stay if you have onwn car. We felt welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast is good and tasty. You can make coffe from machine 24/7 and cook food in shared kitchen. Hotel room is big and there is good to sleep. Kiitos paljon!

If I’m being very picky the shower could do with a shelf for toiletries but it was all very good

Shower needs a glass door to prevent water spillage. Bath rag was not changed daily and remained wet during the whole stay. A small shelf for soap and shampoo missing in the shower.

Location is like a paradise, still 5 mins driving from Desenzano. Modern room, excellent sleeping quality.

This place is a wonderful find, set in it's own beautiful grounds with a lovely pool. Host, Letizia, is charming and helpful, the room well appointed and breakfast choice excellent. We particularly appreciated the fact that we could enjoy our own "al fresco" supper on the large open breakfast balcony in the evenings. Altogether a very relaxing experience, looking forward to visiting again in the future

Leaving! You would need a car to access it but this was fine for us, and ensured peace and tranquility only a few minutes drive from the town.

The price was incredible for considering the pool, gardens, quality of accommodation general feel, when compared to other properties in this region of Italy which are by far less on all counts. Excellent rooms finished to a very high modern standard with a farmhouse feel retained. very quiet location, perfect for relaxation. it’s a shame we didn’t stay longer.

This is a real Italian gem, just a short drive from city centre, yet you get all the perks of countryside. The house itself is beautiful, with a lovely terrace and backyard with pool while the room has one of the comfiest bed (with memory foam mattress and pillows). Whole property is very Instagram worthy so prepare your phone :)
