You could hear everything happening in the staircase outside the room. No sound insulation at all.

Perfect for a one night stay to go on Bernina express. The room has a fridge, coffee and some cookies.

Double bed was two singles pushed together which I don’t like. I was woken up at 9am by the maid banging on the door to clean it despite the lock being on. This was absolutely unacceptable. She was clearly not informed I was Che king out at midday either as came back at 10.30 banging again waking me a second time and telling me off! I was told to leave cash for the late check out of 15€ at the front desk. I withdrew a 20€ note to leave to include the 2€ city tax and a tip. There is not a desk or anywhere to leave so I videoed and requested bank details to transfer. I was told off again for not leaving it in the room but I wasn’t going to do that as after the maid clearly doesn’t communicate with owner. I’ve not received a payment method but the following day I was sent a message telling me to leave city tax at desk. It’s not the end of the world but just be aware as I feel bad I’ve not paid!

Lovely and clean. Kettle and fridge in room. Easy Check self check in. Was able to book late check out. So close to the train station and all amenities needed.

Clean facility, with location right next to the Bernina Express drop off. We completed the advanced check in smoothly using WhatsApp. Our room was cool and comfortable during a visit in July. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was a bit dark because the window was on to the stairs rather than outside, but obviously not the case in all rooms.

The wooden bed frame was housed on a raised wooden platform which seemed unnecessary. It was very noisy, making loud creaking sounds when you sat on or moved on it.

The property is very close to Tirano station so very convenient if travelling by train. The amenities in the room were great. It was very clean and well prepared.

It was a very well-prepared room, spotlessly clean and all needs were considered. Even extra food, tea and coffee were considered. Very close to the Bernina Express station and the price-performance ratio was very good. Everything was considered and very clean.
