The public parking is available and a 15min walk.

Great location close to the City Centre. Max was very helpful. Did not try the two restaurants at the top of the road but they looked excellent. Instead tried Locanda da Couchi on Max's recommendation. Top top fine dining. Would go back in a flash. Great call Max.

Location was good walking distance to most of the things I wanted to see in Verona (St Zeno, the amphitheatre, etc), the room was lovely and the host very accomodating to me leaving my bags.

For check-in you have to arrange the time with the owner, who also preferred to have payment in cash.

Simple but large and comfortable rooms. The decoration is basic but very pretty furniture, a unique style and different from any chain hotel. The room is on a quiet street very close to central Verona, about five minutes walk to the arena. Bathroom is modern and works well.

The only fault we can find is that it states free on street parking but the only free parking is 10-15 minute walk away however to pay for parking is only €1 an hour and free overnight so not too bad. The shower also does not really work it is very weak

A little noisy at night with restaurants/bar downstairs.

Located in the centre of Sorrento, close to shops, restaurants & transport. The house was modern & well equipped. Additional lounge area was super comfortable. Great to have a large fridge & washing machine.

We had a nice stay at Corte Ristori. The apartment is in a perfect location - nice area of Verona, 7min walk to the arena and the old town, 15-20min walk to the train station. The apartment is in a beautiful house, and our room was quiet. Great option for the price. The check-in/out was smooth, and Max offered us an opportunity to leave our bags in the house after check-out. There are a few restaurants just next door, offering good options for breakfast and lunch/dinner.

On a busy street so very noisy and unfortunately you can hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms within the property. One of the other occupants during our stay came in at 2am and the noise of them coming in was like they were in our own room.

Lovely room in the heart of Verona. Hosts were very accommodating with check in times and helping you locate parking.

Great communication from Max and location was great! I had one night stop over whilst I changed trains between Milan & Innsbruck so it was perfect for what I needed. It was quite noisy outside the room but I only had one night so it didn’t bother me at all. A few restaurants and cafes right outside too which is handy!

WiFi occasionally needs a reset as the rooms are reached by the extender, I think.

Beautiful rooms and a really kind host. Room had everything I needed and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and value for money being just so slightly outside the main town centre but just a few minutes walk to all the sights.

Very nice and clean room in a historic building in an excellent location. The room was designed beautifully and was well equipped. The location was close to the city Center writhing a walking range of 10 minutes. The host, Max, was very friendly and at all times helpful. He even helped us finding a free car park and suggested delicious food options. In general I can recommend the rooms for a nice stay in Verona.

It was extremey loud at night because of the guests next to us and the very thin walls. we could not sleep until 2 o‘clock and that wasn‘t nice.

Location, location. It is just outside the restricted ZTL traffic zone. So you are able to drive straight up to the door to unload your luggage, then on to the room which is on the ground floor and only a few steps away. Easy peasy. The room is comfortably appointed and the bed is also very comfortable all within a well renovated historic 15th century building. The area is quiet and free of traffic/pedestrian noise, ensuring a good nights sleep. Historic centre is only a few steps away and popular sites such as the Roman Arena or Juliet’s House are only a 10-15min level walk away. Max the host was very promptly responsive to all our enquiries and very understanding when we had to change our arrival time. Max personally welcomed us, checked us in promptly/seamlessly and helped us into the room. He explained Verona very well and gave us a great guide to local tourist attractions as well as cafes/bars/restaurants local to the room. He personally escorted us to the car-space which was only a short walk away. Max thank you from Nina and I for all your kind assistance, you made our stay warm and wonderful and super convenient.

Actually stayed away on the 2nd night as the apartment upstairs woke us at 6.45am and did the same on the last night but we had to get up early so didn’t matter that they were up at 6.45am again

We had a negative experience with the free parking option that owner recommended, as our car window was broken and we were robbed. I wouldn’t recommend using the parking, especially given its poor Google reviews. It would have been helpful if the owner had warned us, as the area is notorious for car break-ins and it’s not even that close.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the historic center.
