The rooms are above a bar, so you can hear the noise and music filter up. It was a bit loud one night, so I rang Francia, who got them to turn it down. It was fine after that.

The location, the friendliness, and the helpfulness of Francia were fantastic. Very close to the old city, plenty of restaurants and cafes to relax and enjoy a gelato. The bed is very comfortable.

Very minor negatives: the light switch configuration in the bathroom meant we kept switching on a light which lit the corridor lights and lights in the lounge (where our daughter was sleeping). The sofa bed was of medium comfort for an adult.

Location, location, location! Easy walk to everywhere, views of the Castel Vecchia. Gorgeous apartment perfect for two. Lift (elevator). Air conditioning - the weather was very hot. Great breakfast included in the cafe just outside the door. Really nice, helpful waiter.

At first, I was confused because the front desk and guest rooms were scattered in several locations.

The staff who took care of us were very kind and helped us with various things, such as calling a taxi at 3:30 in the morning. The location is in the centre of the tourist area, so you can walk to sightseeing spots. However, it is noisy until late at night.

Only disappointing thing was the breakfast subcontracted to the bar below. Limited and not particularly good.

Great location opposite Castel Vecchio and 5 minutes walk from arena. A floor of rooms above a bar but not too noisy. We were really well looked after by Cris who met us by arrangement on arrival, gave us restaurant recommendations and kept the place immaculate

The place is very well positioned, centrally located. It looks a bit old timer as it's decorated with antique like furniture. That's the kind of compromise one makes if one wants to stay in the heart of an old city. Staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit scarce, it was in the downstairs coffehouse. A coffee and a cornetto and a juice.

The suite was a spacious double and the scenery amazing, Castellovecchio right at the front. Arena di Verona 10 minutes walk away. Perfect location. The parking place in the yard was perfection.

Not much at all, but if we were to be picky, the shower cubicle on our room was simply too small - my partner is very slim and not very tall but even she struggled to get into the shower because the door opened inwards! Once in you kept banging your arms etc on the plumbing or shower controls.

Great location close to the old town area and restaurants, bars & shops. We had a great view of the castle. Lovely characterful and charming building & rooms very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. The communication and interactions with the staff was exceptional, helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable and problem free.

The location was perfect for exploring Verona on foot and the room was worthy of an upmarket hotel with dressing gowns, good shower and an extremely comfortable large bed. Our stay was made all the better by the kind attentions of our host, Chriza, for whom nothing was too much trouble. She was always helpful and charming.

Music from a nearby restaurant was loud and late, so you might need earplugs.

Hostess was fabulous. She went above and beyond in assisting us with a transport issue. Accommodation was in a fabulous location. Room and bathroom were of a good size.

Cannot speak for all rooms but the shower was very small. There is no lobby and a little difficult to find. But staff made up for it. Use WhatsApp and they will connect with you.
