Very friendly host, hostess, and staff. The breakfast was really extensive and very delicious. We also found it relaxing to be able to dine in the adjoining restaurant in the evening. Beautiful location, large pool in a spacious garden. Great location to visit nearby towns. Definitely recommended!

The B&B and property itself is really beautiful and cozy. The personnel is carrying and attentiv. Breakfast was delicious. The best place we stayed at on our Italy trip.

We travelled in our Corvette which is quite low slung and scraped the exhaust on the electric gate catch in the ground. The owner, a racing and car fan, advised we could use the farm gate at the rear of the property. Problem solved!

Beautiful rural setting surrounded by vineyards and so peaceful! A warm welcome from the family who own and run the business. They were on site during our stay and are rightfully proud of their creation. The en suite room was traditionally decorated and very comfortable. Well stocked fridge/ mini bar. Breakfast cooked to order and served quickly and efficiently. Orders taken for the following morning whilst at breakfast. So organised! The real find is the restaurant. Seasonal,locally produced menu where the ingredients are the stars of the show, simply cooked with wonderful flavours and variety. Paired with locally produced wines and beers. Delicious! We ate indoors and out under a canopy and the youthful dynamic team are well trained and take a pride in their level of service. Although busy, a table was always found for us, even if we just wanted a coffee on our return from exploring. The little town of San Martino Buon Albergo is about a 25 min walk away, 10 minute drive with all local amenities. Trains, buses and taxis available. There is a budget supermarket about 10 mins walk and a whole shopping centre on the edge of town.

Lovely staff (and + lovely dogs), lovely breakfast and beautiful place. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the proximity with inner city. Food in the restaurant was excellent and with a nice price. We literally ate there every day, so recommended!

The room was a good size - we managed to fit our family of 5 - would loved some extra space but you can not have everything... what I would recommend to the lovely owners is that that they should upgrade the bathrooms.. The guest house with guest rooms has a very unique character and authentic feeling but some tlc love is needed. The bathrooms had a head shower which was not working properly - above that with young children a hand held shower is very important, so we bought a hand shower ourselves and a pipe and got it fixed temporarily. we found that the bathroom floor was very slippery. / (had to be very careful especially when hanging some swimsuits inside to dry on the line -- which usually goes in the bath... water was dripping on the floor.. these small details are important i think. We asked also for a fan because the ac was not always felt in the small room inside, and they graciously provided us with one the day after. I think it s very important that the owners some other time go and see the rooms for themselves to take care of small details- not only the cleaning ladies. our young one hurt his toe with a nail that came out from the skirting, it was a pity that it happened. There is a short walk from the room to the pool, with kids always needing to pee its not very hygienic not to have a toilet close by.. I strongly suggest to install one... we used a portable potty for our 2 and a half year old who is potty trained. There is a shower one can use before the pool.

Lovely place , truly is a gem with the surroundings - you can take a short relaxing walk within the property. The pool was a good size with lots of sunbeds. We appreciated the lovely table that was set up every morning. Everything was set up at the table and we didn't have to get up - it gave us a calm and relaxing atmosphere to start the day with.

The only thing we had an issue with was the noise. The room has no soundproofing, and every conversation could be heard from the reception area below. Also, the noise from the breakfast staff setting up in the morning. There were also guests in the room above, who weren't very considerate and banged about at all hours of the night and stomped up and down the stairs when they were coming and going. We did not get much sleep, unfortunately. Perhaps there are quieter rooms on site? Be sure to ask if you are a light sleeper like us. There's no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, which was disappointing as the restaurant is only open in the evening.

Loved the peaceful location in beautiful surroundings. The pool was fabulous, and big enough to swim lengths. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional with great knowledge of the area. The place was extremely clean, with daily room service. The Air Conditioning in the room was excellent and very welcome. We loved the superb restaurant, and ate there on a number of occasions. Highly recommend the restaurant to anyone.

A bit remote from the city

Beautiful place to stay if you like to be at the charming quite farm with great pool, excellent breakfast , very clean comfy room and hospitality from the owners. We regret that stayed there for only one day.

All you can expect of a lovely agriturismo, a charming old farm on the countryside with all modern amenities you can wish for. Felt really like you were staying with the family. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff, Restaurant on the property is also really great.

A little bit slippery on the floor in the bathroom, but it is okay to be careful.

Literally just feeling like home, everything was convenient for my family. Lots of activities they have for children friendly, around the place! Especially, the football field and swimming pool were very nice to my boys!
