It's a former farmhouse, very nice, decorated with a good taste, renovated, very clean. The breakfast was good, outside in a beautiful garden. The owner was nice and friendly and helpful. It was a good stop for one night, we have been driving from Nice to Portofino and Finizi was in the middle of our trip.

Beautiful property with exquisite furnishings in a converted farmhouse. Surrounded by vineyards and gardens, with a wonderful outdoor patio for relaxing. Good breakfast and all day options for coffee, tea, water.

We went for a local wedding so location for us was perfect. The property is pristine and lovely. Frederico was super communicative and reliable. The bonus are the two adorable dogs on the property, Bella and Pina.

Our friends in the queen bedroom found it to be very small. In both rooms there were no drawers or even a shelf to put clothes.

The design was beautiful, especially the king bedroom. Good breakfast. Beautiful gardens and the area is nice. It was nice to have free water, soda, coffee and snacks 24/7

Federico is helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Everything about house is wonderful. Nice restaurants in easy walk.

It’s authentic for them not to have a pool. But with the really warm temperatuurs it’s hard to cool down.

It was a really comfortable place. The room felt nice and didn’t heat up so much. The property was surrounded by threes and green gardens.

The location was a little outside of Parma… I don’t trust myself to drive so it was a bit of a taxi ride

The host Fredrico was wonderful! He provided information- we booked a cooking class with him and it was spectacular!!! Highly recommended!

Beautiful building and tastefully furnished. We stayed at Corte Finzi as we wanted to experience the regions food. Federico was very helpful and took us on an interesting tour of a local Parmigioano Reggiano producer. We also arranged a tour of La Perla who produce prosciotto, the location of the guest house was ideal for both.

One of the most, if not the most beautiful hotel i have visited. Everything from design, comfort to the personell/ owners was on point. A lovely house on a lovely property with unbelieveable kind and obliging owners, who really care about you. I immediately felt like i was at home!

This small b&b in the countryside offers serene relaxation just 15 minutes from the center of Parma. The rooms have stone walls, as does the entry area, befitting a refurbished farmhouse/barn. Our host, Federico, took us on a private tour of a small parmagiano reggiano producer, where we saw the process as close as you could get without falling into the vats. He also gave us good ideas about road trips to surrounding sights.There is a restaurant within walking distance that is quite good. Breakfast was delicious, with Parma ham, of course, but also good cheese, yogurts, pastries, juice, and scrambled eggs on demand.
