Loved Everything about it- the most beautiful location overlooking breathtaking views. Hosts were amazing, they couldn’t have done more, including picking us up from The town and dropping us off on departure day. Breakfast delivered every morning was fabulous. Pool was quiet and always clean and warm.

There was nothing negative. We did not have good weather but still enjoyed it all!

They were very accommodating, picked us up in bellagio on arrival annd dropped us on departure .and helped us with travel arrangements, which were not always easy to plan!! Breakfast was excellent, the room and views were spectacular. I liked that we could walk to bellagio, but were staying away from the bustle of the city. I would def stay again!

Loved the position of the villa on top of bellagio, views from the room were great and even better from the pool area. Breakfast was great every morning. Andrea and Marco are great hosts, picked us up from the bus stop and took us to the villa. The facilities all worked great! Definitely would return here

If I was being picky, I’d say it would have been nice to have slightly more comfortable chairs on the terrace. I couldn’t sit there for longer than eating breakfast really which was a shame as there are such fabulous views and a lovely garden. To relax you I went to the pool area (which was also lovely). The uphill walk back from Bellagio was quite hard work!

Breakfast could have been more substantial. Not so much a negative but a note for families - the walk up from the town was tricky with a young child but we felt worth it for the lovely location.

Beautiful location with clean and modern room. Nice space to sit outside for breakfast or an evening drink. The pool was a real highlight with views over the lake. Great air con in the room - we were really comfortable.

We loved the pool, the view and the staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was delicious and served on your terrace with views over the mountains and lake. They have a wine cellar with some great wines too!

Lots of steps to climb daily but at the top was an amazing view.

The view from the Villa is spectacular. The room was a very good size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Very lucky to have a swimming pool.

It rained the first night - otherwise nothing

From the minute we arrived Andrea gave us a great welcome, showed us around and helped plan the best places to visit. Always available to help, he made our stay so enjoyable. Extremely clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom - all of which are totally irrelevant when compared to the views over the lake from the room. Sitting on the terrace each morning to eat a freshly made breakfast was a particular highlight. Lake Como is stunning and the town of Bellagio is a great place to base explorations from. The Villa is a 10 minute walk down to the centre (15+ minutes back up!) so getting about is easy provided you are reasonably mobile.

The Villa was a little further than we thought from the center of Bellagio.

There was nothing at all that I didn't like - the only thing I would say is that the walk down to Bellagio is very short, but do be aware that it is on a hill (of course, for the wonderful views!) so getting back involves many steps, plus a short incline, then a few more steps before you reach the B&B. Not a problem, but felt it was worth highlighting.

Absolutely incredible place, 6 rooms with stunning views and delicious continental breakfast delivered to your private patio daily; along with a rooftop terrace and pool above the rooms with 360 degree views of the lake and mountains. Family run, the two brothers were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They even came to collect me & luggage from the local bus stop in town and took me back on day of departure, free of charge. There is a wine cellar/beer and various light snacks available on site. Rooms are large, bright and airy with lovely big windows for the views, but a lovely heavy duty blackout curtain for a good night's sleep. Lovely comfy memory foam matress and both hard and soft pillows. Air conditioning. Daily maid service. Fridge, kettle and tea service in the room. If you are visting Bellagio, this is a truly stunning and very relaxing place to stay. Very close to the main town and the ferries.

Peaceful beautiful location. Friendly and helpful owners. Available to help with anything you need but also respect your privacy. I was looking for a simple, modern and clean room and Villa La Rosa ticked all the boxes. Some may find the room simple but it was perfect for me and very comfortable bed.

Everything about my stay at Villa La Rosa was outstanding! Marco and Andrea were the most friendly, helpful, kind and professional hosts any guest could ask for. They were available anytime and easily contacted for requests (an afternoon espresso, ice, luggage storage, etc) which they immediately provided. While providing delicious breakfasts every morning on your room patio, they were happy to give recommendations on the area. I was offered a delicious home made lasagna meal for one evening, which was a welcome reprieve from busy restaurants in town. The villa is a short downhill walk to Bellagio, via one of two beautiful cobble footpaths. The pool with an amazing view of the lake and mountains was perfect to cool off after the warm walk uphill back to the villa, and one afternoon I was greeted by Andrea with a poolside glass of of local rose. The rooms are spacious, cool, and well appointed with fridges, tea, cutlery and wine openers to help with simple self catering. A grocer is a short walk away. I would stay again in a heartbeat and can’t give enough praise to Marco, Andrea and family for such a well run and beautiful B&B!

The apartment was very spacious and clean..views from apartment balcony breathtaking..with lake and mountains..breakfast was served outside our unit and very prompt according to time selected..pool was a winner after a long day of walking..the 2 hosts Marcos and Andrea who happen to be brothers were brilliant and very helpful with suggestions re things to see..biggest windfall was they offered to pick us up from ferry marina and also drop us off..the apartment is only 15 minute walk to main town..but steep steps..will highly recommend to all if you are staying in bellagio..
