Massive bedroom which was spotlessly clean. Gorgeous little garden area and amazing views over the canal. Such a great variety of breakfast items and great freshly made coffee! Ursula, Alex and Danielle were so incredibly kind and helpful and could not do enough to help us. They truly are wonderful at their job and a credit to the owners.

Beautiful Venetian building on a small canal, decorated internally to keep the original styling. Our family room was huge, large bathroom and our own private terrace with armchairs out the other side.

The location near St. Mark's Square was great, and close to the San Zaccaria vaparetto stop on the Grand Canal as well as the Ospedale stop if you are heading to Murano. The staff were very helpful and provided good advice for places to eat and how to get around. Our quad room was quite spacious and the A/C worked well (it was hot outside!). The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items to choose from so that everyone was happy.

While there’s no elevator, the cozy atmosphere and traditional Italian breakfast—especially the coffee—more than made up for it.

We loved our stay at this well-located, charming hotel. It had a touch of class and authentic Venetian character. It had a traditional Italian breakfast. The staff arranged a boat transfer from the airport (extra cost), which was absolutely worth it: a stunning ride through the canals that dropped us just a short walk from the hotel. A perfect start to our Venice adventure!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hôtel is beautifully decorated, in keeping with the surroundings and gives an air of élégance. Breakfast is vast and varied, taken in the bright, spacious dining area, with it’s grand Murano chandelier. There are restaurant tables dotted at the edge of the canal on exiting, which be long to neighbouring establishments, but well worth a try. Location from water taxi is approx 5 mins, all flat and around 10 mins to St Marc’s square. Approx 15 mins to Rialto bridge and the Grand canal. Superb ! Will definitely stay here for our next visit. Recommended !

Hotel is in the center of the Venice and close to everywhere. Breakfast was good. Room was litle small but enough for two person. Personal was kind and helpfull. Wi-fi was good.

Excellent Service and very good location. Nice breakfast, very clean. Even though we didn't get our luggage at the airport, the staff helped a lot to find our luggage as fast as possible, a big thanks to Daniele for the big help and the night shift receptionist. King regards

The facilities are pretty basic, but it is nice and clean.

Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and excellent location close to St Marks square, but on a quiet side street away from the crowds and right next to the canal. Gondolas right opposite the hotel, yards away.
