A family-run hotel in a very quiet location near the local church, so you can hear its bells in the morning, built with style and love. From the first contact via email when we were asked what time we will arrive? until leaving the hotel and a small gift (homemade grappa made by his aunt), the ratings are more than excellent. Upon arrival, Massimiliano and his mother (I found out later that the lady's name is Nadia) greet us and we are immediately offered a welcome drink with homemade cakes (but we only took coffee and mineral water). We were asked if we were gluten free and we mentioned that we would like to go to Udina for dinner, and they immediately jumped on that with suggestions for a good restaurant and called on our behalf to make reservations at one of them and we were also asked when we want breakfast in the morning!? I've really been to a lot of places around the world, but no one has been this kind and worked hard for their guests. Breakfast is a special story that is prepared. Mom offered us homemade elderberry juice, a plate of fruit, homemade yogurt and finally an omelet made of local spices and sprinkled with Parmesan (we think so, but it's possible that it's a secret recipe from the Lady) and "San Danielle" prosciutto, just sliced on a salt slicer. The design of the hotel is excellent with many small details that have been taken care of, such as a red "Smeg" fridge, salami slicer, excellent coffee, water and mineral water in special small glass bottles, special scents in the building, a very comfortable bed, fast internet, deafening lighting in the building, freshly cut grass and parking. We stayed only one night, but the impressions are phenomenal and we recommend this facility to everyone, and we sincerely hope that we will come again.

Great design, great breakfast, great hosts! Massimiliano has excellent taste, which is reflected in the design of the apartments / the entire complex as a whole and in the selection of wines that you can buy from them. Very comfortable bed with quality linen. Great attention to detail that creates the overall impression of the place. Great breakfast from organic local products, delicious natural juices. Maximilian's mother is a very nice woman and a great hostess. Special thanks for the welcome drinks! Wine with an incredible aroma and aftertaste ;). We will be back!

What a beautiful place! So nicely decorated, comfortable, absolutely stunning! Rooms are spacious with a lot of light, wonderful big bathroom. Everything was though of. But the breakfast! It's a piece of art. The food and the colorful dishes, perfection! Also, it's pet friendly with a great big yard just next to the house for morning walking and running. Big hug for our hosts Massimiliano and Nadia <3 We'd be lucky to come here again!

This place was clearly made with love! It's rare to see, but whoever renovated this house did an exceptional job—I’d love to have their contact details! The attention to detail was impressive, with everything perfectly finished, from the wall painting to the choice of bathroom furnishings and lighting. Everything was wonderful—the house was cosy, the bed was comfortable, and the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warmth towards dogs was especially heart-warming. Breakfast was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I would love to return, as Udine truly surprised us. What was meant to be just a stopover turned into a delightful experience, thanks to the lovely people and fantastic Italian food!

Everything was PERFECT.

Corte degli OstiNati is a wonderful B&B in a newly refurbished country manor. Everything has been done to the highest standards and decorated with great modern taste. Our room was gorgeous. Very ample, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfasts were fabulous and plentiful, always using top quality local produce. However, what makes Corte degli OstiNati not just wonderful, but exceptional, are Nadia and Massimiliano. They are the warmest and kindest hosts, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and to help you with anything you may need. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they show such genuine care towards their guests that you soon feel like you're amongst family. We could not thank them enough for our wonderful stay in Variano, which we will remember forever. Hopefully we'll return in the not too distant future. Grazie di cuore!

Amazing place, food and host. They were thinking about every detail, everything is so stylish and beautiful. Beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept at any holiday till now. Breakfast was like a 4 course luxury meal. We definitely would like to come back.

Quality- Design - Service all 10 out of 10. Massimiliano and Nadja are very kind and professional hosts. We have been welcomed with coffee and cake got tips visiting Udine and excellent dinner reservations close to the property. The place is super clean and renovated to the highest standards with an eye for design. Last but not least the breakfast service is outstanding- local products fruits, cheese, ham, salami, jam, juice, coffee and eggs not to dismiss the home made cake. So if you in the area don’t miss out!

Everything was perfect.

This is quite possibly the best b&b that we have ever stayed in. The facilities have been recently refurbished and are absolutely stunning. The room was great, the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Every bit of decor was exquisitely chosen down to every last detail. Both hosts (along with their beautiful dog) were extremely friendly and we thank them for their hospitality. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. If we were to ever refurbish an old house we would do it how Massimiano and Nadia have! Grazie Mille e a presto.

such an amazing place - whoever is searching for esthetic, design, art and elegant atmosphere is perfectly right here! Massimiliano, the patrone, is extremely helpful (perfect recommendation for dinner!!!) and his nice mother is preparing the very - for Italy - untypical, wonderful breakfast!

We were very fortunate to find this recently restored property. Every detail in the restoration was chosen to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our hosts looked after us as if we were family, and their recommendation for a local restaurant was spot on. A delicious breakfast with home made specialties was served along with assistance to make the most of the stay in the area. We couldn’t recommend this property more highly and only hope they will have an available room when we visit this area again.
