Shower needs a little upgrade, yellow water stains and black mould on the walls, but everything else was perfect and clean, so this didn’t affect our stay.

I had a dental emergency. I called Marzia from the airport and asked for her help in finding a dentist. Two hours after I checked in, I met with her dentist and the problem. Was resolved in 10 minutes. Her kindness and willingness to help was very appreciated!

We left a window open and mosquitos were wreaking havoc with their lust for blood. One night we spent half the time battling the insects. Don’t open windows!!🫷🏽

The property had a great location for walking distance to all the sights. We felt we were living in someone’s home. Nice decorative touches to the room. And forgive me Duchio if I spelled your name wrong, he was our host who made us feel very comfortable and gave us the info that we needed. He gave us locations to eat and places to see.

I would’ve like a proper duvet as opposed to a sheet and blankets as I did feel a little chilly in bed. The apartment above was noisy on my last night but that can’t be helped.

Not a criticism, but important to realise that you may be sharing the kitchen area with others. You're not necessarily getting the whole apartment to yourself!

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were met at the apartment by the lovely Marzia who got us checked in and gave us the heads up on the city. The location is just about as good as it gets. Literally a couple of minutes walk to the Uffizi/Piazza della Signoria and less than 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and Santa Croce. The room is beautifully finished and furnished and the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fab. All very stylish. Important to realise that there are two or three other bedrooms inside the apartment which are sold separately, all sharing a common kitchen area. This would make it the perfect place to stay for a group of people travelling together. We could hear other people in the apartment from time to time but never crossed paths with them. Overall, a really lovely place to stay.

Several times during the night (a weeknight), very loud cars and parties went by outside, waking us up. But the hotel can't control this - not their fault.

Mariza was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive.

Communication was a little challenging at times (hosts are not always at the property and some responses were delayed) although it did not cause any major issues. Thought the room could do with freshening up..

The WiFi connection was quite unstable. It would be an issue if we didn't have mobile data.

When we entered the apartment we were blown away!! Such a lovely space in the city centre close to all attractions. Including a lovely bathtub. The apartment was very clean and everything worked as it should. Duccio helped us get started and gave us a map with suggestions for places to visit. Great lighting and amazing airco!! (2 airco systems in the apartment)
