We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceThe hot and cold water flow in the shower needs a little bit of rearranging.
The house had all amenities. It was near supermarkets and bus stops. Also within a walking distance 25 minutes to the center of verona . Overall a good value for money.

SerbiaThe place did not look anything close to the pictures. It was not clean. Bathroom stank, toilet seat was.. really bad. Smelled awful. Bed sheets didn't seem like they were clean. Or rather, maybe they were clean but they smelled like they were sitting in a drawer for a long while before being put on the bed. Blankets had stains on them. Freezer literally had a giant bit of ice inside. Balcony was.. I'm not sure that is meant to be a balcony but either way, some random neighbor from 2 floors above kept throwing things from the window. Water, a slice of bacon, god knows what. The surrounding area seemed unsafe. There's been plenty of shady people and homeless people around so it doesn't feel like a tourist spot.
The host agreed to let us in 15 minutes prior to the checkout. Parking was alright. A street next to the place. AC was working properly.

SingaporeWe had few Issues with our stay last night. Firstly AC in bedroom was turning off automatically every 10 mts. Room was very hot, no fan we couldn’t sleep properly. Bathroom light not working except mirror light. Kitchen stove had 4 burner but only 1 knob. Remaining 3 knobs was removed. Auto ignition was not working. No lighter to ignite. Reported to property management and they asked us to buy from nearby place at late hours. We had to go out around 10 plus to buy one. After someone time the managment member arranged someone to keep the lighter outside. It was a smoking light and I ended up in injuring my hand while igniting. No chopping board to even cut some fruits. Besides all this the major issue we faced was bathroom hot water. Shower was leaking and hot water mixer tap release too much hot water suddenly. Temperature control was not there. Property should be checked properly before releasing to customers. Food, sleep and bath all had issues. Then what for we are paying ?
