The location was excellent, right by a grocery store for convenience and near the river for nice views to walk along. Room and bathroom very clean and well sized. A great stay and good value for money!

Our room was small, we only slept there though so suited our needs. But if you are an overpacker and stay for an extended period it might be a bit tight.

Location was perfect. Great area and close to everything you want to see and experience: attractions, wine window, food, taxis, river and very save during day and tight time etc. The old building added more charm to our trip and we loved it.

As it had more of an airbnb feel, you couldn't order room service etc. but this didn't bother us.

The location was amazing, easy to walk to all the main areas of Florence but not right in the centre where it is very busy. The area was very trendy with lots of nice coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. It was also very close to the river which was lovely to walk along in the morning. The room was big and airy, very clean and the beds were really comfortable. We didn't see many staff members while staying and had more of an airbnb feel but we didn't mind this.

The air conditioning repeatedly turned itself off in the night, but we fixed it by fiddling with the batteries, no problem. The cable tv was hit and miss whether it worked or not (Amazon Prime), but again, it was not too big a problem, and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent. Supermarket very close. Breakfast was fine. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Perfect location. Close walk to all the main sights we wanted to see. Breakfast was great! We had vouchers for a nice cafe next door. Perfect!

The aircon didn’t feel as cold as we’d hoped however we were able to borrow fans from reception which helped a lot.

The apartment was Clean, tidy, cold drinks available with honesty box, welcomed on arrival, easy access, good shower, hairdryer provided. Looked how it was represented online.

The door of the bathroom in room 6 didn’t work properly and I got stuck inside for a bit. I started screaming for help and someone in front of the building called the guest house to help me. Luckily, this happened during the day, because it would’ve been a real nightmare at night…I really hope they’ve already changed the door/lock because that was very unpleasant and scary.

The guest house is very central and near the river, so perfect for a weekend in the center of Florence. The building is beautiful and quiet, especially at night. There are many restaurants around and shops; the supermarket is next door so it’s good to buy water and other things. The air conditioning works well and the room was clean.
