Convenient location. If you are traveling to the airport: 12 minutes walk from the central train station and 15 minutes walk to the airport The guest house looked more like a hostel. Comfortable bed. No soundproofing - you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom, those who are sensitive sleepers should have earplugs.

It’s a great location though just 12 to 15 minutes walk from the airport. Also half an hour walk to the city centre. The location Wise is great option this guesthouse stay.

They have time for room heater. 8pm at night then I woke up the nxt day 5am, it was already off. It gets cold when there is no heater. Other than this, everything was fine. Chose this accomodation as it is close to the airport and I manage to arrive within 15 mins walking.

Close to the airport and train station. The room and toilet are clean. I only stayed here for one night as I have an early flight the next day. This place is for those who will catch an early flight or train. Not for longer period.

The bathroom was dated and didn’t feel that clean. There was dust building up on the sink and the dirt on the shower screen. Shower had no power. The towels were so small they didn’t fit around us.

A 5-7 minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the tower of Pisa. A spacious room with a working fan.

The air conditioner is very loud, and couldn't be turned down to a lower level. We decided not to use it because of this, so it ended up being quite hot. If you prefer to sleep with it, bring earplugs.

Location is really good, walking distance from the airport. The air conditioner is a nice addition. Bathroom was clean.

It’s impossible not to have air conditioning. The room was blazing hot, I think it was around 50 degrees. They had a portable air conditioner that couldn’t cope. I do not recommend this accommodation — you’d be better off sleeping at the airport. The accommodation is too expensive and offers nothing. The bathroom also smells.

We were given tiny hand towels to dry ourselves after showering. The shower didn’t feel clean and had only remnants of shower gel remaining. The pillows were so thin they were pretty much non existent. The place itself was strange. It was a converted apartment shared with other guests and a shared bathroom. Didn’t feel we were given value for money.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very basic which actually was fantastic. The bathroom was great. I didn't shower there as I was up and gone by 6am. The host was very friendly and accommodating and pleasant. A really lovely man and good information given. The location is unbelievable. Not even 15 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the airport depending on your walking pace. Value for money is excellent. I'll definitely be booking here again next time I am in Pisa. Bonus there is an amazing pissaria 3 minutes walk from the property.
