The location of the hotel is a bit off the city center but it definitely deserves a chance to stay in such well ambiented place. The restaurant is top notch and the staff is superb

Wow, what a unique hotel stay. Upgraded to apartment. Staff are lovely and very friendly. 400 Yr old buildings with lovely comfortable rooms with all amenities. Food in restaurant delicious. Tried local wine it was very nice. Lovely old bar. Great parking.Stayed here when taking Bermina express train tirano to St Moritz. Short drive.(2km) to station with free parking

Incredible place, from the location to how the renewed the place, everything is perfect. The Staff is just amazing, from the check-in, to dinner, to breakfast, they are just perfect and always with a smile and happy to help. PS. Try the restaurant, food is amazing!

Not a biggie for me but my boyfriend is quite tall and there was a low beam in the bathroom from the ceiling and kept banging his head. Maybe a little sign will help? As said the AC wasn't working but I'm not sure if it was because we didn't know how to turn it on. Bed was a bit smaller than normal but was comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a bidet (I know for some people this is not an issue) and the shower only had a shower head and no hand shower. Overall not big issues, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The place is so atmospheric and cool, you feel like you're brought back in time! Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived, very friendly and helpful. There is a lift to go to the top floors. Our room was weirdly shaped but still comfortable. There was teas, coffees, fridge, complimentary water and even some biscuits. The AC wasn't working (or maybe we just didn't know how to turn it on) but we didn't need it as it was cool during the night. We also dined at the restaurant below and it was amazing! Breakfast was also very good!

There's nothing not to like there :)

Absolutely everything! The staff was amazing, and the apartment was spotless. It felt like we were staying in a mansion in the 1700s, but it was also modernly equipped. Breakfast: tasty, with all options.

The double bed in the one of the room is on the small side (mainly as I was sharing it with my very tall husband) as it needs to fit in a room which is very quirky. But there were also two single beds in the room so plenty to choose from for two people.

Amazing barn conversion, with so much character. The staff is absolutely amazing, they couldn't do more to help. The food is incredible. We had dinner there three times and every time was excellent. The location is convenient for the Bernina Express, but we also went skiing to Aprica a couple of days and it was only 20 minutes from there. Bormio is also not far. The breakfast is so nice too, with plenty of choice of homemade cakes, local cheese and meats, yogurts and eggs. We couldn't have asked for more.

It was a bit hot when we were there. So, we need to turn AC on. However, its compressor making noise which ruined our sleep.

We love everything there! Stefania was so nice to let's have late check in and her service was great! Food is beyond our expectation both for dinner and breakfast. So, delicious. The decoration of the room is so classic and clean. I would recommend Contrada Beltramelli for everyone who looking for hotel in Tirano.

Bed was a little small, but that was the due to the size and shape of the building. I still slept so well though!

Loved the property- I think the owner said 15th or 16th century- so quirky, it was beautiful so old but with all the modern conveniences you might need. The restaurant was fab, great food, good service, traditional food, lovely art work through out the building. All round I would totally recommend.

The whole experience was just perfect! The hosts were so accommodating, even providing pick-up and drop off at the station. Food was so good! The included breakfast was so filling, with all local items. Dinner was amazing and very reasonable prices. The room and whole building was authentically historic, and full of character, with modern plumbing and electrical. We were able to rent top quality e-bikes right on site for a day of exploring the beautiful region. The perfect site to enjoy our short stay in Italy!

the owners and staff were outstanding they took time out of their day to pick us up at the train station . when we were a bit lost the food and concept by the chef was outstanding - really well prepared fresh local produce - worth travelling around the world to try - food was outstanding don’t be fooled be the quirky look of hotel - it was delightful - and the staff were fantastico . would now love to stay a few days after our experience . perfect way to enjoy and. explore a little more before catching the Bernina Express a real surprise . well done

Unique character filled properly. Cosy rooms, well considered renovations in keeping with historical structure. Staff were exceptional, and went over & above to look after us. Breakfast was fantastic…truly. Had dinner in the restaurant two night’s running…Yep, its good! No hesitation on recommending a 2 night stay at Contrada Beitramelli
