I had booked car parking but when we arrived we were told no car park was available. Staff initially suggested we park 15 minutes away in a public car park but eventually found us a spot in a nearby hotel.

The hotel was very well run, very friendly staff and good food. It is a family friendly hotel and very clean. Very good value for money.

Really popular with families, which meant it was very noisy in the main hall with kids.

Modern and clean hotel, comfortable large beds and good breakfast. Balcony on the side with view of the city and beach. Also has a swimming pool. Even though it was very busy staff tries to accommodate your wishes.

only complaint checkout too early and no shower facilities to use after early checkout when you have a late flight . only alrernative is to pay 50 euro to keep the room for 4 hrs . but to only keep the room because you need a shower is way to much

The hotel administration goes into the room without the client's permission and shows the hotel room to strangers and other clients without the owner's knowledge. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience in this case. I think that it is necessary to talk to the client who is staying in this room and get permission to show the room to other people. This is considered a violation of the client's personal sphere and his rights. This is undermines the professional trust of the client.

Many of the employees speak German and English. Dinner is different every day. Lobby employees are vwry nice and helpful.

The hotel staff did not inform me in a timely manner of additional services offer that would have been made available if I had completed the booking directly with them instead of through boooking.com. This is important to know as using the beach services is €20 per day and could have been included in a discounted price along with other options. The desk staff were then not forthcoming on all the services available, no information sheet is provided and the website lacks the detail you need (prices and what is or is not included), and I had to figure them out by watching and then ask directly. The desk staff were helpful but not in a pro-active way. The beach services are lacking compared to other beaches. So a good hotel but the details that make it exceptional were lacking.

The hotel is in a great location, quite close to the old town and across a boardwalk from the beach and in a good position to walk, bike, scooter to many other places you might want to visit. Overall it's very comfortable, bright, clean, offering good services, and the breakfast was excellent. The lunch and dinner buffet looked excellent. There was an error on the bill and it was corrected without quibble. I would stay here again.

Room 546, assigned to me, was tidy but had water-damaged walls. It felt filthy, and they were noticeable. Please check the images. No one-time slipper was provided in the 4-star hotel room. The staff at the breakfast room could be more smiley or cordial to non-native Italians than they seemed to other native people.

The location was just close to the beach and train station, a 10-15 mins walk. The staff has been professional and just fine both in the reception and dining areas. The bedding is comfy, and room service and cleaning have been standard. Buffet breakfast items were of great variety and good taste. Wifi connection was free and suitable with rules imposed. The balcony faced the sea, which would give an excellent opportunity to feel the gentle bridge and listen to the ocean tide when people fall asleep.

Room size, if you have problem with klaustrofobia you will be in problem , size of bathroom is extremly small-you cannot shut the door of bathroom cabine while you take a shower causeo you can not move your hands😫If you are girl with long hair and dont planing to wash it ,you will be in delicate situation how to take a shower and dont shower hair!And also there is no shower batery,only shower above you🫢 Small parking and 25€ Breakfast is almost everything sweet from bakery…. When you read the reviews here, you might see some very positive comments about the hotel; however, these reviews do not apply to every room and do not reflect the reality. You should especially remember that the hotel has different types of rooms. If you book a room with bunk beds for adults, your vacation could turn into a nightmare, and the hotel management clearly does not care. We stayed at Continental Hotel Rimini for three nights through Booking.com and had the worst vacation experience of our lives. The room provided for four adults was actually suitable for two adults and two children. Therefore, the room with a bunk bed and a double bed was far below our expectations. It was not suitable for four adults. Upon arrival, we immediately realized that the room photos were misleading. The width of the bunk bed was so narrow that turning around during the night was impossible, and the beds were incredibly thin. These beds were definitely unsuitable for adults. We arrived with five suitcases for four adults, but there was only space for one suitcase in the room. We had to cram one suitcase into the wardrobe and spread out the other four suitcases on the floor. With only 50 cm of space between the double bed and other items, moving around the room was nearly impossible. This situation seriously endangered our safety in case of a fire or emergency. Due to the door in the room, we could hear conversations from the adjacent room clearly. Apparently, the hotel had converted an old suite room into two small rooms by closing off the middle, and furnished these rooms with bunk beds to accommodate four people. The hotel photos used wide-angle lenses to make the rooms look spacious, but the actual situation was a complete fiasco. The furniture quality of the room did not match the photos at all. The room we stayed in was number 144. We immediately reported all these issues to the hotel management, and their responses were a complete disappointment.

Except for the management, all the staff are very polite. The hotel's location is very nice. The sea is pleasant, and you can enjoy a delightful breakfast

The hotel is very nicely organized with many nice options like the pool, bar etc. Overall the staff was really great, I arrived late in the night and there was still staff to check-in and they assisted with everything super friendly. The same gentleman was super friendly and helpful during the rest of the stay as well! The room was nice and clean and a good amount of variety st breakfast!

Personally, the worst experience ever. The complications started upon arrival when they tried to charge us double the tax. I had to prove they were wrong with a calculator. The next day, despite having a parking reservation, we didn’t get a spot when we returned to the hotel. They parked the car somewhere on the driveway. The staff's response was that priority is given to whoever arrives first. When we tried to explain to the staff that we expected a parking spot because we had paid for it, they started speaking rudely among themselves and mocking us in Italian, thinking we didn’t understand since we were speaking to them in English. Be very cautious about the salad and vegetables at dinner. They are mostly poorly cleaned and rotten. My boyfriend had an injured leg, and we were sitting on the terrace with his bare foot on a chair because it was more comfortable for him due to the pain. A waiter approached us and yelled at us to remove his foot. We tried to explain that my friend was injured and couldn’t keep his foot down, and the waiter’s response was “merde” while pointing at us and holding his nose. Just because your waiters don’t wash doesn’t mean we don’t. When it came time to pay for the drinks we had with dinner, there were problems again because drinks we hadn’t ordered appeared on the bill. We demanded a review of the ordered drinks by the hour and found out that we weren’t even at the hotel at that time. And I could go on….
