I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in Padova! Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully arranged. Located right in the center, it was ideal for exploring the city and enjoying everything Padova has to offer. The apartment had everything I needed and more. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel completely at home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Would have been nice to meet our host but this did not ruin our stay. I/we have stayed in numerous properties in Europe this year and have always met the owner. Obviously circumstances did not permit this.

The location could not have been any better. Our host was always available and helped when we could not get into the property(our fault). Situation was sorted quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Strong smell from the bathroom, which is common in historical buildings close to the river. Fortunately, there are nice perfume diffusers, so, not really an issue, just a heads up.

This is my fourth time staying at the Contemporary Design Loft and Apartment, and it become my favourite place in Padova. What strikes me mostly is how quiet it is, and how well I sleep every night. Secondly, the location is perfect, in the most beautiful street in Padova, next door to market, restaurants, shops, and a little walk to the Basilica. It's three minutes' walk from the tram stop, and from there, five minutes to the train station. And the area is very safe for a solo female traveller. The apartments have everything I have ever needed, the Wi-Fi is good, the heating is cosy, the coffee machine is a necessity. Check-in and out in uncomplicated, and Elena is a kind, accommodating and helpful host.

Nothing. It was perfect!

Cozy little apartment, nicely equipped with everything you need. Right in the centre of historic Padova. Easy walking distance to Prato de Valle, Torre dell'Orologio and so many other sights. There are many cafe bars and restaurants close by and lots of shopping. There's even a small world grocery store right next door. Easy to locate and easy to access the apartment. It's in a quiet courtyard so you don't hear the street sounds.

The place is located in the heart of Padova. Perfect central location with easy access to the tram line and lots of great restaurants and shops. The property is very well equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. Even if the place is in the central, you don't have to worry about the noise as it is back facing and super quiet. I highlighy recommend this property for couples and families too. The host is very responsive and with a friendly communication style.

Padua was a huge success in our trip and largely due to Elena, the owner and her personal attention, meeting us, letting us leave our luggage earlier and the recommendations that she gave. The newly renovated apartment, in an old building, right in the heart of the old town, had everything we could hope for. We arrived by train and took the tram right in front of the station, for about 4 stops to Livio, meters from our destination - easy! The stairs are very nifty - just hang on! We will do it again.

The steps to the bed were very steep. We had to leave our suitcases in the kitchen/living room because the stairs were way too steep. I was a little scared to go down the stairs in the middle of the night.
