If you cannot sleep with noise, this is not the right place for you. We stayed for one night and everything was fine, but if you plan to stay longer, the room was very small and I think it would not be comfortable. More attention could be paid to cleanliness.

The toilet bowl is too close to wall so people larger then 1.86 cm could have problem to sit on it.

Most comfortable bed we slept in years! Keyless system was great, the amenities in room are amazing. We loved our balcony, coffee machine, there is even a loudspeaker attached to wall in bathroom. Perfectly designed for all needs. Communication was also really good with great video instructions for entering the flat. Location is great because you walk straight through Murat walking street full of stores and restaurants straight to old town. Short walk of 10-12 minutes was pleasant. I would recommend this place.

To improve the services, it would be good to have possibility for late check-out (till 12 pm) even for a fee. Our flight was in the evening but we had to leave the room till 10:30 which was a bit early for us.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient for us (next to the train station and basically few minutes from the historical center) as we were travelling a lot by train. The check-in process and entering to the building/room was straight forward and easy. We really like the keyless solutions. The room was modern, clean and with all facilities what a traveler may need. Breakfast was included in the price (cappuccino and croissant (we could choose from 4 cafes next to the building)). Even though we had free water, snacks and coffee in the room filled up everyday. The rooms were cleaned each day. The communication with the host was easy via whatsapp (immediately answered and helped). No problem with English language.

A coffee and croissant does not constitute breakfast. The competitors around the corner supplied a better range of food for breakfast. Automated locks seem like a good idea, but they don’t always work.

The property had a good bathroom. We were able to get in early. It’s close to the train station.

Location is convenient at the train station and close to old town, but street is very noisy on weekends so would not pick such location again. Also, walls are thin and room very small as this is a modified apartment to include several small accommodations. Luggage storage is available, but no access to toilet when you pick it up, so plan accordingly

Clean, nice that it offers breakfast and well stocked fridge (beer needs to be paid for). Communication with owner very easy and instructions to enter room are easy to understand (just watch the video received on WhatsApp). Nice balcony for smokers

Central location. Super clean room offering all the services. What impressed us was the hospitality that the apartment offered with the breakfast tickets that offered 4 coffee bar options where you could choose one of them to enjoy a typical Italian breakfast.

Services and setup as for any regular 4 stars hotel, without the traffic of a hotel. The absence of an internal breakfast room is nicely offset by the opportunity to taste local products in the bars and bakeries where you can use the token provided in the room.

We booked and stayed on the same day and so the instructions to access the room was misplaced by us, we needed to access whatsapp, but didn't realise that at first. We already understood by previous reviews that Pasquale was in the shop below, and he was very helpful to get us access, he even shut his shop to direct us to the right information. The location was great, Pasquale was very nice and helpful for any requests, the room was clean and was a great base for our day trips around Pulgia, highly recommended if staying in Bari.
