It was a tight room with little space to walk around the bed.

The toilet flush made a noise that sounded like a ship's horn, no kidding. The front door lock is very tricky to work out, be aware of that. The location was convenient, but not very close to the train station.

Definitely worth staying, nice building. Lacks something though.

Too little storage space, too many pillows to store. I would like to add some storage space for guests instead of pillows.

The apartment is situated in the very green area of Verona, just several bus stops from center. The high ceiling gives much of air to breath, the bed is comfortable. The room we have rented looks to the yard, and is quiet. Pleasant view, and little balcony. The toilet room is very spacy. The kitchen is shared, but has anything you need; there is washing machine. Wifi is quite good.

the digital door lock was a bit counterintuitive

Nothing fancy and relatively small but it works well for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and allowed us to leave the luggage there already before check in.

Difficult to find the apartment because there was not a sign(also wrong gps directions).Room's wall needed painting.Kitchen needs better pots because they take a long time to cook.

No on suite for our room Instructions for entry could be better Door handle didn't always work properly took a long time after the opera to get in. No joke at 1.15 in the morning.

Noisy selfish person who was noisy all night in room close by.

Lovely host. Clean place opposite the hospital. Close to supermarket with bus stop outside. Lovely view of mountains from window. Shared kitchen with all needed provided. Only problem was a very noisy person in room close to me so slept poorly. Nothing to do with residence but I was unlucky! I trust and like the host who responds immediately to messages and cares. Love paintings and Wall quotes too.

For three Persons the room is rather small. The street can be a little bit noisy but it didn't bother us too much.

Location is close to the city center. With the bus its only 3-4 stations and the bus stop is just in the street before the house. The check-in was very uncomplicated and flexible which we appreciated a lot.

Very little equipment in common kitchen, very cheap building materials (wall in kitchen covered in cheap linoleum, door hande of low quality falling of when slightly pulled, walls separating rooms had almost zero sound isolation - annoying if another guests come late at night). Common fridge - having a small fridge in the room would be great.

Good location with many nice shops, restaurants, caffee and bars nearby. Some 20 minutes of walk to the historical centre of Verona, bus stop literally at the front of the entrance. Clean and modern separate bathroom, comfortable beds.

It was a bit far from the train station, but we later realized that were buses going often and cheap. It was kind of bad sound proofing so we could hear a lot of cars and noice from the street.

It was nice to have a private bathroom and access to a kitchen. It had a great elevator and very effective AC. Very nice and polite staff. The pillow was very nice and the beds were very comfy. We got two water bottles which was very pleasant. Good shower with great pressure.

Excellent property. The place was exceptionally clean with great facilities (coffee machine a bonus). It is a 45 minutes walk from the train station but you pass all the sights on the way. Easy check-in, comfortable bed and great bathroom. I would definitely recommend this stay in a beautiful city.

The link to Google maps took us to the wrong location nearby, but staff helped us locate the building and check in, via WhatsApp. It was very expensive for a place with minimal comfort (just one chair in a room for 3) and space (tiny shower) but that was possibly because of the wine festival going on while we were there.

Very helpful staff, and a good location, with a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the river and old town. Clean, and comfortable bed.

Returning from a hot weather to the air conditioned was a heavensent. Positioned on the 4th floor - with a lift access- was handy for it probided lovely views pn the hills. It was great to have a kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, hob, fridge, microwave, crockery…). Breakfast snack provided - cracker bread and jam annd coffee pods/teas). Private bathroom - clean and spacious). Owner contactable and helpful - answered our queery and provided info on the buses to the place. Had a little adventure first time trying to self check in. However- all info how to check in using phone and code ( including video demo) was provided- also owner provided phone number to call if needed any help.

We had problems with moving in, the time was set at 14.00, but when we came the room wasn't ready at all. But the apartment manager quikly answered and reacted, the room was ready within 45 min. And another problem was kitchen stove, if you plan to cook during your stay note that it overheats constantly.

The location of the apartment is very good, 20 min walk to city center, supermarkets near by. The room was quit clean, the shower worked good, sheet and towels were clean. Kitchen is common with another room, many kitchen staff. A big plus is coffe maker with coffe capsuls, free tea, sugar, tosts and jam, and a battles of water for every persone.

The room smelled like cigarettes. It was disgusting. We had to clean our clothes and take multiple showers. The shower did not work well. There was almost no water pressure.
