The rooms were very clean, daily room service was excellent, the views from the breakfast room and roof were breathtaking, but the best part about this property is the wonderful staff. The reception was lovely and the ladies in the dining room and kitchen made our stay the most wonderful experience.

The sound insulation between rooms was not the best and during our stay we had some extremely loud neighbours who stayed up late and rose early which was mildly disturbing. The following guests were more considerate which was a relief.

The property was well located a short walk from the centre of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a lovely warm welcome on arrival. There is a beautiful rooftop bar which we thoroughly enjoyed using before we dined in the town. Our room was well appointed and comfortable with plenty of room. We were located on the lower floor so we did not have a view, however, this was clearly pointed out to us on booking and before we arrived so we were well aware of the fact and didn’t really mind.

The breakfast was perfect. The room was cozy and clean. It has a wonderful location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center, and features a stunning terrace. The staff were friendly, and their recommendations were always spot-on 😉.

Location is very good, 5 min walk to the centre so it's nice and quiet but still so close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked every morning, it felt very home made, the ladies in the kitchen were great so friendly and accommodating, great hospitality.

I didn’t have any complaints during my stay. While there are more affordable options in the city or places that offer amenities like a pool, this hotel met all my needs and provided a very comfortable experience.

I really loved my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and polite, and the views from the terrace were beautiful. While the location isn't right in the city centre, I actually preferred it – it's still very close to both the centre and the cable car, which made getting around easy. In my opinion, it’s definitely great value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nice hotel close to the centre. Excellent service with parking, in Taormina parking is very difficult so this was one reason that we chose Condor. The breakfast is very good with lots of different opportunities. Would love to come back.

mosquitos biting me for which reception gave spray - some sitting water in small drain on the balcony which the reception said they will see to right away.

No hanger to hang our clothes in bath room. No slippers provided.

Have stunning view & great foods in the morning breakfast. Friendly staffs at reception who help a lot on sightseeing tips & explained activities provided in the area. Also they were patiently help us to check train timetable in our early departure. We loved this hotel and will come again.

The bed wasn’t to our liking but would be fine for others. Hotel was a little tricky to find in the beginning.

The location was within walking distance of the Messina Gate. The hotel staff were helpful and responsive. The room was adequate with a small balcony as well. The shower was great, the breakfast room and balcony had a great view, the lift was helpful and they parked your car for you ( for a fee) and returned it when you needed it.

Loved the location, it was the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the town center. The hotel itself and the room was beautiful and spacious. Loved the breakfast. Loved the terraces and the views we had from our bedroom. The staff were really warm and helpful. Appreciated all the recommendations for food, sites and beach activity from the staff.

- Location is not that close to the city center - thin walls, in one of the nights noisy neighbours woke us up by just talking and laughing

Beautiful panoramatic view from the balcony. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and nice view. The hotel is located centrally, 5 minutes walk from Porta Messina.
