We came from the wrong side?? if you could say so.. The surroundings where not very welcoming.. ..did not see how nice it was, from the outside.. But that did not matter, when we saw our room!!

At first, I was not sure about the location, but it was lively and fun. Lot of people on the main road. The room was better than I expected! A lot of space and I loved the New Yorker cool wipe !! It vas clean and good beds. Will definitely recommend it to my friends !!! The Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly <3 Thank you for everything <3

I heard the neighbors getting it on through the wall (or ac-system). That it never pleasant!

The electrics were a little bit dodgy and the bed wasn’t overly comfortable. Unfortunately there was a problem with the cleaning of the shower.

I think it would help a lot to install insect screens on the bathroom window the very least. We had a couple of mosquitoes that bugged us during the night... Other then this little inconvenience, we have nothing else to complain about and highly recommend the hotel.

Great interior design all over, really nice atmosphere, the staff was nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean with everything we needed for 2 nights. Cool location, right in the heart of Chinatown, a vibrant and diverse neighborhood close to the city centre.

The apartment was comfortable. The beds had high quality madras, exceptionally good for me, who has neck problem. The staff was very helpful. The only problem was the air conditioning which I couldn’t make to go down 22 degrees so it stayed in 29 and grilled us. But in the next day it worked all right without understanding how. Overall, solid good place to stay. Don’t be scared by the narrow entrance and non existing hallway in the first impression : ) it’s all right in the rooms.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a great location in Milan. The room was much bigger than we expected and had a lovely bed and bathroom. The staff were so nice and helpful and we were able to store our luggage there and do some laundry. The location in Chinatown is great as it’s close to lots of restaurants and the walk to the Duomo is under 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again :)

This is an old building and even if the windows are very beautiful, they don't protect against the noise in the street. This is a center street where people like to hang out until late in the night. So do not forget your ear plugs, or ask for a bedroom giving uniquely on the small garden behind.

The flats in this hotel are incredible, everything is thought so that you can feel home. We have been welcomed very nicely and the overall location is perfect. There's a lot to see, eat and drink all around, as well as good connections to public transportation.

We stayed on the ground floor which has a terrace (super nice!) but there wasn’t really a way to lock the terrace itself. There is also no lock on the front door, so we didn’t always feel safe leaving our things in the room or leaving without closing the curtains. Maybe the rooms have great security, but we were not made aware of it and on our end it seemed quite plausible to break in. It would be great to add a second trashcan to the room, since the one in the bathroom is quite small.

Great location in Chinatown and near the purple line. The room was very very spacious with plenty of room to store items, work remotely, etc. The staff was very nice.

Walls were not very soundproof, you can hear the neighboring rooms and outside quite a bit.

Lift wasnt really useable. Very small and not great. Water for the shower could have been hotter.

Spacious apartment, relatively quiet area with good transport links. Bed was for me, comfy. Kitchenette was good also!
