The staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, given that everything in the town can be reached by foot.

The comfort, I loved the owners, they're two fantastic people that love sharing their life experiences with you. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and if you ever come this way you should definitely stay there! Could not thank you enough! Love love love

Very nice breakfast in Italian standards, don't expect very much protein there. Lot's of pastries and good coffee. Very clean room. Ok bed. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

There wasn't always hot water in the shower, it was also pretty cold in the room (which is normal in Italia). The cold water in shower was the only really not so good thing.

Alex and his lovely wife Elisabetta were superb hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Bravo!

A wonderful hotel with even more wonderful owners. Clean, peaceful and quiet, perfect vacation. Mr. Alec, the owner of the hotel is always here to help you. If you are going to Florence or Pisa, Mr. Alec will give you directions as well as for local restaurants.. It is a real fortune to meet such people, I hope that one day we will come again and visit the beautiful Montrcatini and stay in this hotel. Best regards

Room and all the facilities were as described and good. Breakfast is also sufficient it was good. Owner of the place, Alessandro was really kind and he gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit around and even places to eat as well. I would recommend it 100%, and would stay they again.

The hotel was excellent value for money. We had an ensuite and our own balcony overlooking the street. The room was very clean, and housekeeping came every day to tidy. There is breakfast every morning for €5 per person, although we did not try this. It is a peaceful area with lots to see, but is also close to the railway (7 minutes walking) to visit Firenze, Pisa etc. There is also a supermarket within a 5 minutes walk. Alex and Elizabeth were so welcoming - we felt like family! Alex gave us great local recommendations, as we were near to cafes and restaurants, as well as an excellent pizzeria and a laundromat. We highly recommend!

This boutique family hotel, over more than a century managed by three generations of a kind-hearted and generous local family, is an amazing place with cozy rooms and very welcoming environment. The beautiful couple, charming Elisabetta, lovingly called by her husband "the Queen" of the place, and her sociable and empathetic husband Alessandro put great effort, care and love in running this home-like hotel. Their smiles and cheery greetings make their guests feel loved, cared and welcomed. The hotel is located close to the main green park of the city. The funicolare that can take you up to Montecatini Alto with its very romantic picturesque panoramic view over the valley is a short walking distance from the hotel. A very nice hotel with a perfect location. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was ok. The owner is very nice and friendly, he helped us a lot and made our stay even more wonderful. It exceeded our expectations, I would recommend it to everyone.
