There was nothing we didn't like. The stay at 23 Lake Sweet Home exceeded our expectations! A real gem at Lake Como. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the historic center, yet very quiet and secure, which makes it ideal both for sightseeing and resting. Close to all attractions, the best restaurants and shopping, as well transportation to take day trips to explore Lake Como and the vicinity. The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished, great appliances, everything is extremely convenient, every detail is very well thought through to make the guest' stay as pleasant as positive. The host is superb! Easy and quick communication, very helpful and gracious.

We had issues getting the elevator to work when we first arrived with luggage...since we did not have keycard until we went up. But after that no issues once we got keycard. Just pop up to grab keys first before bringing luggage up.

Location was great and we loved the apartment. Host left us a lovely welcome gift which was appreciated. There was some construction going on but nothing that ever bothered us. Would stay here again. It is comfortable and relaxing. Host was great and very responsive. Super access to shopping, food, marina. Lovely bakeries and a grocery nearby.

Nothing at all. If you want to be in the center of Como, it's worth every penny.

The owners do an amazing job welcoming guests. Very easy communication and clear self check-in instructions, and once you arrive you are greeted with welcome treats. The host also sent us suggestions, tips for our trip and was always available for our questions. The apartment is super centrally located, yet very secure and not noisy at all. It was very clean, large, full with modern furnishing. Everything you would need is present in the kitchen and bathroom, including complementary coffee capsules. Only thing to note is that it is on a pedestrian street, closed to traffic. For us it was an advantage (less noise and clean air) but if you have a car it's something you should take note of.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. All the basic appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, were present. The delicious coffee and welcoming gifts like prosecco, chocolates and fruits were a very pleasant surprise. Lastly, the location is perfect. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic; the supermarket, all the nice shops and restaurants, but also the water is close by. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and the staff/owners are so nice! The contact with them was super friendly. In short, highly recommended!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property - but there could be better lighting in the stair atrium (especially at night). The property owners are currently installing a modern lift system in the stair atrium - which will make the accommodation wheelchair accessible.

When we arrived at the property, we were greeted with a hand-written note from the host, along with a lovely bottle of Prosecco, Dolce & Gabanna chocolates and a jar of Rum Buba (Italian cake soaked in rum - very tasty and boozy!). Getting to 23 Lake Sweet Home was only a 10 minute walk from the train station, so very easy to access. The apartment is located within the historic district of Como Town, therefore car traffic is minimal and less noisy. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washer/dryer, SMEG appliances, comfy sofa, Nespresso coffee machine (with multiple pods) and an Amazon Alexa (I recommend playing Italian Radio to get the full experience!). Throughout our stay, we were so glad that we booked this accommodation due to its proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping district and the lake front - the location of 23 Lake Sweet Home could not be better. The staff working at 23 Lake Sweet Home could not be more accommodating - they provided us with a small box with laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash etc apron arrival and were very attentive if there was anything else we needed. In summary - I cannot recommend this place enough, it made our trip to Lake Como extra special - we will definitely be coming back in the future 🇮🇹

The host was really great and helpful. We had a warm welcome, we were given nice tips for restaurants. The apartment was equipped so it is comfortable even though for a longer stay. Location is right in the centre of the old town which was very convenience. Overall a lovely stay and thank you for such a nice stay!
