The kids sofa bed, was a bit lumpy, but we haven’t found a sofa bed that is nice.

We Loved the property, it was warm and cozy. The views are amazing and we found the cutest bar near bar.

A perfect spot for nature lovers! This cozy, clean apartment is in a quiet village, offering breathtaking lake and mountain views. It’s right by the bus stop, but buses run hourly (6 AM–6 PM), so a car is more convenient. The peaceful surroundings make it ideal for relaxation, and the kind, approachable hosts made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

we liked everything!

Our stay at this apartment was simply unforgettable! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, including thoughtful details like a well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets, and even a welcome basket with local treats, which made us feel so welcomed. Communication with the host was outstanding; she was warm, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was reassuring to know she was just a message away! The private parking space right by the entrance was also a huge convenience, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. But what really made our stay magical was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Watching the sunrise over the lake with a coffee in hand was simply surreal—definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

The house is located on a hill, and you have to drive around many bends to get there, so you need to be careful when driving. You need to apply ZTL ticket to the local transportation agency and pay the fee in advance, otherwise you may get a ticket later. The parking spot is a bit steep, so it is easy to rub the car chassis. It is best to let all passengers get off the car to raise the center of gravity when parking.

The room was very clean and tidy. There was a sofa bed in the living room that could sleep two adults. The master bedroom was also great. Every room had a lake view. The kitchen was also fully equipped with kitchenware. The balcony has a view of the entire lake. The view is magnificent.

The bedroom is slightly colder than other rooms, probably due to the large size of the room and one heater. Parking and driving can be tricky for beginner drivers although the host tried to provide us with an easier parking spot.

The views were incredible and the flat was cozy. We had everything we needed. The owner was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Day trips to Como (only 15 min by car) and nearby villages were easy to plan. The kitchen was well equipped so we usually cooked at home. The flat was larger than in the pictures.

Extra charge for Air Conditioning. (Not needed any way). Small but busy street with a bit of noise coming through the main door.

The view is breathtaking, you have access to two balconies overlooking the lake. The apartment is a mix of modern and vintage with a bit of comfy and practical items. Very well organised with lots of info for the area. Sofa bed was really comfortable. Parking was next to the house not massive but enough.

There was ants coming into the apartment

Absolutely amazing view, better than we expected There was a cute little gift arrangement for us Big fridge freezer so we could cook at home and plenty of cutlery The host let us drop our bags off early even though we didn’t need to in the end, and very clear instructions. Beautiful apartment

It's not the issues on the apartment itself. However, I found the surrounding area a bit noisy at night to the point where I can't sleep with the window opened. Also the road to the apartment is a bit steep and the parking requires some skill but nothing bad even when I was driving a wagon, it wasn't difficult.

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. I liked having washing machine and a decent coffee maker. The view is amazing to the lake. Overall I loved the apartment very much. Good WiFi to. Complimentary water and snacks were offered for free which was a nice gesture

Nothing really but I would recommend renting a car as the apartment is on a mountain which is not very accessible by foot. There's parking at the apartment so having a car is ideal

Everything was just right. Clean and well prepared. With stunning view of the Como Lake! Two small balconies where you can sip your wine and enjoy the view. Pleasant neighborhood and attentive host. I recommend this place away from hustle and bustle but still within a car away distance to the lake.

lovely apartment, modern bathroom and kitchen. very comfortable bed and sofabed. The view is breathtaking from the two balconies. There is a parking space parallel to the building for a small to midsize car. There are local maps and cards for recommended local restaurants and bars.

The only warning is the walk up from the town if you don’t have a car is steep (takes about 30mins). There’s a bus that runs from directly outside but the last bus of the day up the hill is at 630pm.

The property was perfect for a week away, the view is unbeatable, it’s got everything you would need and feels larger in person than in the pictures.

It's a lovely clean and tidy apartment. Amazing views!! I didn't want to leave! You will need a car as it's quite high up in the mountains, and there are windy roads, but it's worth the view. This is our second time staying here, and would come back again! Grazie!
