South AfricaWe really loved everything about the apartment however basic stuff like dish cloths, table cloths, extra blankets, shower gel and an iron with ironing board would have been nice. We also had to request a multi plug connector as there were not enough plug points as well as some hangers for our pants. This was only delivered on day 3 of our stay. Management and communication with guests needs serious improvement.
Very nice sized bachelor flat. Close to bus stop and very quiet. Even got a tiny bit if lake view. Good location for exploring Lake Como.

GermanyWe arrived rather late, at 11.30pm, so it was dark and therefore a bit difficult to find the flat. In fact, it wasn't really clear to us which entrance to take etc. We tried calling the host but to no avail. We found it okay afterwards and I think during the day it's not that hard. I also wrote to the host in the chat, but never got any response. However, I received a message telling me the checkout time for the next day. Unfortunately, we had changed/extended the booking for another day a few days earlier, so this message was wrong. We replied to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding, but again got no response to that from the host. Regarding the flat, we didn't like the couch which looks and feels really cheap in reality, that there is no iron/ironing board and that there is some obvious wear and tear in some places. The curtains should be replaced maybe and the wall in the bathroom could also need some touching up.
Everything was very clean, the bed was comfy, the parking was great and the area was quiet. There was a coffee maker and plenty of coffee capsules and the door to the flat seems very sturdy. Also, the window shutters and the curtains help turn the room quite dark which some people will prefer. All in all, it's certainly a nice enough place, spacious and well furnished and equipped and the garden even offers a view across the lake.

PDF document with information about how to access the building was sent after we have arrived and was trying to locate the flat. We called and it was resolved immediately. Wifi was not working for us. Check out is at 10am and not 11am as stated on website.
Clean, modern, spacious and it had everything we needed. Garden with amazing view but unfortunately it rained for our entire duration and we could not make use of it. Very grateful for the garage as the there was no available space outside the property.

Belgiumif there's nothing that's wrong, there's nothing to look for.
Como Lake Nest - studio with garden is a beautiful holiday residence in a beautiful location. It is a very comfortable studio with a closed garden, beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. There is a possibility to park in front of the building and even in the underground garage. For visiting restaurants, the car is ultimately not necessary. Food products are available in a few supermarkets in the area. At 150 meters from the studio there is a small beach, at about 1 km, a public park with bar where you can also swim in the lake. Within walking distance, there is a boarding station to the "Navigazione lago di Como". The ferries that circumnavigate the lake on a fixed schedule. Ideal to experience the multiple excursions. A holiday to repeat.

United KingdomWe mentioned to the host that their wifi was not working. They told us to use the WiFi box, we turned it on and used the password and still did not work. We mentioned it a few times to the host and we were dismissed. Our mobile network was non existent in this location therefore was hard to plan the days ahead. The property was far too hot, one dusty fan is not enough to feel cool in the property. For future AC should be considered. The fan was dusty when you turn it on the dust will land on the bed. We came to the property, and had a 1/4 of a toilet roll. We told them where do they keep the spare toilet roll. We were told to check the locker..... we opened every cupboard therefore they did not provide the toilet roll. If you have guests staying over, it is worth having a full toilet roll next to the toilet and a spare one as well. My message to the host - please do better with regards to communication. we really needed your assistance while we were there, and we were truly disappointed.
It was a 20 minute walk to the ferry port so the location was good
