breakfast place wasn’t very clean, there I could see dust in many places, breakfast was quite poor (except if you like sweet breakfast, there were many choices of cakes).

Cleaning staff started cleaning the rooms next to us at 09:00. They should wait until official check-out time. The control buttons in the elevator should be in working condition as it greatly assists guests in determining if the device is operating correctly a well as gives a needed that preventative maintenance is being carried out on routine basis.

The location and secure parking were very good which actually drove our selection of this property. The hotel itself ha seen better days and previous glory but is not in need of TLC. We woul stay there again if needed.

In my 40 years of traveling and vacationing, I have never stayed in a hotel this poor. We were assigned a triple room in a hotel that is noticeably old and in very bad condition. Apart from the reception staff, no one in the entire hotel speaks English. The breakfast provided is extremely poor and monotonous. Every day, the buffet offers only one type of ham and one type of salami, along with mozzarella, tomato, and gouda cheese. Additionally, there is fruit yogurt and no bread, only two types of small baguettes. For sweets, there are plain croissants, croissants with jam, and several kinds of pre-packaged pastries with jam or chocolate that can also be purchased in a nearby market. Occasionally, leftover desserts such as panna cotta or cakes from the previous dinner are served. The breakfast buffet includes orange juice and grapefruit syrup drinks, which are essentially syrups to be diluted, along with still and sparkling water. Coffee is served at the table but must be specifically requested by guests. Dinner consists of one of three dishes selected the previous day and is relatively acceptable. However, if you need anything, you must speak Italian, as English is not understood. Drinks during dinner are charged separately, including water, which you must bottle yourself. Regardless of whether it is still or sparkling, a bottle costs 2 euros. Regarding cleanliness, the hotel appears reasonably clean only to the extent that two housekeepers can manage. They seem very pleased when guests request that rooms not be cleaned daily. Interestingly, the housekeeper understands a little English, enough to know when cleaning is not needed. The air conditioning in the room functions but leaks badly. You might end up showering directly under the AC unit. When I reported this to the receptionist, he inspected the AC and said everything was fine.

The hotel needs a complete renovation. It was maybe 3 stars back in the 70s when it was built, but has fallen into disrepair since. The mattress had springs poking out, the bed frame had two of the legs coming off, the furniture is old and tired, the whole building is a patchwork of only the most necessary repairs made with whatever cheap material was at hand. Central heating was turned off despite fresh temperatures outside and only the A/C could be used, which means you had a hot air fan blowing into your face all night, and the bathroom was cold. The shower wasn't hot either.

The structure in general is in a really bad condition, it looks like had better times 50 years ago, the owners have not reinvested the money. Walls badly painted on top of mold, cracks at almost every wall, double ceiling on metal like in a parking or a warehouse, the corridor has no windows and have this cheap automatic lights that give you the feeling of being in a cellar, the rooms are not sound isolated and at 6:30 AM an entire bus that was leaving woke me up with more than 50 suitcases rolling all along the corridor in 3 different floors for more than 40 min. My room, the 114 had a bad mold smell, single glass windows really old, some parts of the room were no properly cleaned when i arrived, limestone all arround the bathroom and the space of the loo was not enough for my legs. the worse thing probally is the fact that they leave the keys on the counter of the reception with no supervising at all and any from the street can grab them and get in the rooms

Great location and space to park, it's just about 2 steps from the beach and really easy to get from the main roads, there is a small garden outside where you can chill, sadly the fountain was empty and looks like the gardener is missing or lazy, but they have a fluffy cat and a friendly puppy

No lunch choice. Had to pay extra for bottle water with dinner meal plan. Elevator only fits one person.

Delicious breakfst & dinner. Clean rooms. AC -frig & safe in room. Central location. Diva beach directly in front of hotel.

Beds were not comfortable, hotel could use updating.

Great location close to beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice daily. Stayed for dinner as well one night, and they were very accommodating (I can't eat seafood). Everything was delicious.

The decor inside was a bit dated. Would've preferred a bit more body wash for the shower. A sign for the door to say if you wanted the room tidied or not.

Well positioned in the town. It has great garden space at the front. It was open until late so it meant you could come back when you wanted
