we loved everything about that hotel the moment we opened the front door. Location was just perfect, the room is comfy and clean. Most importantly the staff was amassing and friendly. Have to mention Dillan on reception and of course the owner mister Paparini, he was so welcoming and friendly to us... it was an honor to meet that gentlemen,

We found the air conditioning a little weak, but it was adequate.

The hotel is ideally placed for the operas in the amphitheatre and for all the shops, bars, and restaurants in Verona. It is located just behind the main square, in which the amphitheatre stands. The decor gives the hotel an opulent feel from an earlier era. Our room had the main bedroom and bathroom with a dressing area in between; which we liked. In summary, we liked the location, the room, and the staff, who were very helpful.

Location is absolutely perfect- 5 minutes to Arena, 5 minutes to shopping, 2 minutes to caffès, at the same time the street is quiet and cozy. The room was super - spacious, with separate walk-in closet, the bed for one person is bigger than usually in Italy. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful personnel. Definitely the best place if you want to visit Arena.

Breakfast buffet was disappointing as had to wait too long every morning for replacements of many items missing My room was very clean and towels replaced daily but not happy that could not open window and blinds were permently closed despite no chance of Sun, so room was so dark and claustrophobic..... although staff very good and friendly, I think was not value for moneyf

This hotel is a real gem: the building itself is an artwork, and the rooms are very classy. But it is the location that makes it a real winner - basically in the heart of the old town, you can easily access by foot all major landmarks, and it is 2 min walk from the Arena if you are in Verona for opera and shows. It doesn't have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but across the street (meaning 3 meters from the entrance) there is a very good restaurant - very useful if you have tickets for an evening show. Breakfast was very good, with hot and cold options and a variety of local pastry.

The cocktails were not good and the bar tender not friendly . The bathroom had a tub shower combo very uncomfortable and no air conditioning

In the center (old town), really close to Arena. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast (not big choice, but everything is high quality, especially coffee). Clean, comfortable bed.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Location was fantastic for the Arena & the centre of Verona generally. The hotel was superb way above what I expected I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Everything was brilliant & really made our holiday.
