We were on the top floor and it means about 4 flights of stairs. Eggs and other things are extra pancakes are small. But enough to start the day.

Breakfast was okay 1 savoury 2 sweet and 1 drink choices per person. Amazing view from Vezzano ligure of all sorroundings.

Just keep in mind that the 7km road uphill is quite steep and with very sharp hairpin bends, one after the other. We also found it quite daunting to navigate the last little street to the guest house and especially the exit part around the block. If we had known beforehand, we would have parked our rather big BMW sedan car at a lower level and walked up the last 200 meters. If you drive a small SUV, then no problem. The toilet kept running almost every time after flushing. My husband had to fix the complicated cistern in the middle of the night. Fortunately he knew how.. :)

We were totally blown away by the beauty of the area as we drove uphill to the B&B. The small village is absolutely stunning, and we wished we could stay a bit longer than one night to explore more, but be prepared - no restaurants (if fhere were any more than the one pizzeria we could find on the internet) were open on a Sunday night. We had to go all rhe way downhill and back up to get dinner. Upon entering into the shaded entrance and under the cool, green pergola,we could see it was special. Terracotta flower pots lined the stairs up to the first level and the guest rooms. The newly renovated room was clean and cool, the bed and bedlinen was fabulous, and the fact that there was no hot water didn't bother because of the heatwave. The small complimentary breakfast on the shaded terrace was really enjoyable.

A parking : along the road in front of the home is present, but you need to be early to get a place. We parked in a road nearby without difficulty. The access to the city is a winding road of few kilometer, but any car can do it (I have a small car of 68 CV and it was raining a lot). Some details can be fixed like a electric appliance was loose but it was nothing.

Quality Breakfast, not cheap tourist one. Slice of home made cake, fruits salad and orange juice (industrial but acceptable). Option exist to uprade the breakfast with real orange juice. Coffe machine in the room with their pods. Very nice view. Quiet and confortable, the room are spacious. Sponge and necessary to make a dishwashing. I would add a cooking pot to make own food. The city is nice to visit in free time. The owner gave me an adress to go to a local restaurant which was very good and inexpensive (Osteria delle pietre). I though the check out was a 11h but it's 10 but even if we were late there was no problem to leave room with a small delay (10h30). No problem in the shower. I would add a spare blanket because the gf was cold a night, but we took the blanket from the other bed so it was fine. Very clean appartment and easy check in and out. The host was nice, even if I didn't meet him, all was planned at distance with whatsapp to get the instruction to open door. It was rainy the 2 days I stayed but I will come back.

Extra pillows would be useful. Paid extra for sea view and although lovely views selling the additional room as a sea view was slightly misleading. Tricky to find although worth it when you do.

Perfect location, 10minutes by car to the nearby trainstation to La Spezia and then to Cinque Terre. The room was very nice, and the breakfast was perfect!

Bed was terrible, breakfast was nothing special, it was more like a snack. Room had old smell, stove is really not practical, it takes ages to cook something. The owner should invest a lot more, to make comfortable room.

the location of the hotel is bad and even for those coming from milan the navigation puts you on a very narrow and sloping mountain road. Frankly, the road scared me a lot. The breakfast stated in the descriptions is only 1 glass of juice and 2 slices of cake... it was a disappointment for us..

The house is 1 mile from the train station uphill. There are not clear instructions on how to get there and taxis are not easily accessible. No shampoo or body wash provided.
