Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaDidn't feel very clean, pillows were a little stained in the corners. Paper walls. No single-use flip-flops because there was no carpet at all. Staff didn't confirm receiving the documents and we were worried about the check-in but it was okay, we directly received the instructions a couple of hours before arrivals.
Location was nice, safe and quiet. Friendly neighboors and staff. Plenty of room, bathroom was very big and included all the required amenities. Beds were very confortable albeit quite loud. A/C very strong helped cool and ventilate the air when it became too hot.

United KingdomThe room its self was fine, with lots of space but the bed was incredibly squeaky and the walls were paper-thin so you could hear all guests at all points. Slight issues over cleanliness too but nothing too bad.
The owner is great at communicating with any needs or instructions. There is a nice communal area with tea and coffee, as well a nice rooms with very good functioning air con.

PakistanThe bed was old and not very comfortable, but good enough to sleep. Towels were having some odor, like not well washed or whatsoever.
Everything was good. Easy access (self-check-in because we had to do a late check-in). The host was nice and responsive. It was close to the metro station. The area is safe and very clean, and has a lively vibe. Some good pizza spots are on walking distance.

GreeceIt happened to have some pretty loud neighbors (next room) that woke us up in the night 2-3 times (not the hotels fault). Also, my company found the mattress a bit hard (personally I didn't have a problem with it).
It was value for money, in a pretty quiet neighborhood, which had nearby tram & train stations that could take you everywhere in or out of the city. It was comfy and warm and the bathroom was pretty big. It also had a shared space where you could treat yourself with coffee and tea whenever, which was cool 🙂

ThailandI think the bed was not so comfy, which was accepted for a short stay. Although the staff was nice, they were a bit slow in responding. I was quite worried about the left luggage procedure, but in the end they replied to me and everything went well.
It was a bit pricey to stay there alone, but it was safe and convenient. The location is good. It was not difficult to drag big luggage from the metro to the place, but there were some steps of stairs before access to the lift in the apartment building. The instructions for the self check-in and to access the room were clear and easy. You could go there whenever you want after the check-in time. The room was big enough for opening your big luggage. The room was warm and the shower worked well. The drain was not clogged and the water seal was good. They also provide free coffee, tea, and biscuits in the shared pantry. I like its shared pantry. Also, towels were clean and shampoo/shower gel smelled nice. You can also leave luggage in the corridor after check-out. It was at a bit of risk, but there were not so many rooms in that apartment, so it was an acceptable risk.

Coffee and tea self service facilities were accessible anytime with plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits. Really good value for money.

BrazilInstructions sent only a few hours before the arrival, given that I asked the owner for details several times, days before, via WhatsApp and Booking chat; communication must be improved. It would be nice if the minibar inside the room had at least one or two small bottles of mineral water for the guests reception after a long journey. I have an Airbnb in Brazil and all my guests love to be welcome with little and cheap amenities like this.
Good location, about 30min walking from the main attractions of the city. Silent street and a metro station very close to the building. Spacious room and impeccable cleanliness. For a couple of nights, the accommodation would suit all our needs in Milano.
