The shower was a little outdated but worked just fine.

The rooms was modern and really clean. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and some good shopping. Easy to get to the Vatican. We had booked another property in Rome and then needed to add a night, when the original property could not accommodate us we found this one…we wished we had booked there for all out nights in Rome.

The balcony door/window was old and it did not isolate the noise from the street very well. Was not a problem for us, but if you are a light sleeper consider bringing some plugs to ensure you won't get awoken by the garbage truck in the early hours.

The room was spacious, we had a decent size table where 2 people could eat freely. The balcony had a great view of Saint Peter's Basilica. The building was very secure with a doorman to ensure no unwanted visitors and a private courtyard. The building is 5 minutes by foot from the Vatican and had many great restaurants and sightseeing attractions in walking distance. You do not need a transport card at all, we used 4 tickets for 5 days in Rome.

Great location, near Vatican and Sant Angelo castle. In 10 minutes by foot, you can reach Trastevere. Room was very clean and the neighborhood quiet.

Using 4 different keys to get to my room. The place needs new windows because it’s very noisy.

The rooms aren't noisy proof, so whenever someone enters into the hall you can hear everything. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Check-in instructions were not clear. Housekeeper went to the room and put in the trash some important papers. Shower was kind of broken. I would not recommend. Just find another place in the same location.

Attention. There is no reception at the place. You have to say exactly when you arrive to get the keys. Otherwise, you will not get into the building and your apartment. The windows of my apartment faced a busy noisy street. For me, it was not a problem but I can imagine some visitors may not like it.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to the Vatican and the centre of Rome. The room has everything you need but the equipment is not in top condition. 2 bottles of water and a tea cattle are available in the room.

The shower was tiny, water pressure was dismal. Toilet has issues with flushing (sometimes the button got stuck). We didn’t have toilet paper for 2 days so we had to find our own. The tv remote and air conditioner remote both had flat batteries. We were supposed to receive a continental breakfast but we didn’t get anything at all. Coffee and tea only, no milk - we supplied our own. The day we checked in the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied. We found a piece of glass in the bed sheets.

Location was great, only 5-10 mins to St Peter’s Basilica, and walking distance of 5 mins to Ottaviano and Lepanto metro stations. We walked from the metro to the accommodation with our suitcases and it wasn’t difficult.

Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant stink. I suspect it was the water from the air conditioner. Open window did not help much. The floor was dirty, we could not walk around bare footed.

Location of the property is exceptional. Price was also very good. The check-in went smoothly.

The short notice of change of the location of where we were going to stay. Communication was great regarding that at the beginning of our stay.

The bathroom was lovely. Room super clean. Lots of light through the window. Area wasn’t too busy.

The smell in the room from the window due to AC or Air. We could not figure it out where it was coming from and it was really bad but not all the time.
