We were out most of the time so views from the windows didn't matter much.

We were met by a very friendly person. She gave us practical advice and if it wasn't for her we would have missed on some of the experiences. We were given a map and locations of best places to go to.

One addition that would make a stay a little better would be the addition of a full length mirror but this really is only something very minor.

Great location, just around the corner from the station and a short walk into the center of Florence. Very clean, light and airy room with a super comfy bed. Amazing helpful hosts who gave some great local recommendations. Highly recommended and would 100% stay here again.

My daughter's extra bed moved around so much that she couldn't sleep well. Our bed was lovely.

It was a very convenient location within walking distance of Florence station. The room was clean and stylish, and the woman who gave some information us was very kind. I would recommend this place.

We didn't have warm water one night.

Based on my experience this apartment deserves a note 8-9 (it is not exceptional but very, very good). We had family room - an extra upgrade that was given free by the host. Host was also very kind and gave us a very helpfull tips for the Restaurants, shops, things to see etc. Everything was very good except the fact that, at some point in the night, we havent had warm water. I guess several rooms are sharing one water boiler and i guess that other guests have spent all warm water . In the morning everything was working normally. That is only point that was negative, all other was great.

The major problem was public transit from this property, no taxi what so ever and train was delayed. Will be good if staff could suggest some modes of transportation with numbers etc.

The second bed was a foldout bed (from a chair). There was a table in the room but it was only large enough to hold the tea kettle and some of our personal items, not large enough to sit around to play cards or eat (we had very rainy weather while in Florence). There were table and chairs on the patio but again, the weather didn't cooperate.

Central location. The property is clean and the staff was really helpful in getting oriented with the city with their recommendations. Staff was also flexible with a later checkout which is a definitely plus.

It’s on the ground floor with only one window, so it’s damp and a bit smelly, and the towel can’t be dry overnight. Only one socket beside the bed on each side can work so there’s a compromise between charging the phone and the lamp. Besides, the kettle had some water left before we first arrived.

It’s spacious for two people, especially with a large bathroom. They provided a large bottle of water in the fridge for free.
