The only thing we were missing was a healthier alternative for breakfast - we are not big cake eaters and would like access to more local fruit and maybe granola for breakfast. That said, the coffee, juice, and scrambled eggs were lovely and Gaspare packed the "morning cake" so we could take it with us to the beach..

Location is easy reachable but only if you have a car. Parking is easy and always available when we were there. Gaspare is a dedicated and very likable host, he even bakes cakes for the guests breakfast.

This gorgeous house is run by a sympathetic host, Gasparo, who is incredibly genuine. The view during breakfast is perfect. The food is so delicious (OMG and apple pie). The room was very nice and clean, the whole property is super relaxing and beautiful, filled with a warm & positive vibration. I recommend staying here.

The cleanliness and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Mini fridge was stocked up every day free of charge. And beds made up every day. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Beautiful terrace on top floor with sun loungers and a hot tub. Was open to use anytime of day or night. Highly recommend the accommodation.

Gasparo and his team are the lovliest people we have ever mer. Gasparo gives you the feeling that you are part of his family. Try the homemade pastry, you will love it. Room are so beautiful with beautiful furniert- parts of it selfmade. There is no better place in Sicily❤️.

There is nothing I didn’t like

The rooms were big and had everything you need ie, hairdryer, hand soap, body wash, clean towels, pegs, tea and coffee making facilities and the fridge was full with drinks and air conditioning unit. The host and staff were wonderful and full of information on where to visit.

The surroundings are not too pretty ( but the views up the mountains and across the sea are!)

Comfortable and clean. Convenient for our day excursions to Lo Zingaro and Segesta ( incredible! ). But what really made this place special was the personal attention of the host: Gaspare went above and beyond, staying up when our plane was delayed and we did not get in until close to 1am, and also made some of the most delicious local treats for breakfast.

Loved it all!! Location isn’t quite walking distance from the town centre, which also has its advantages, but would recommend having use of a rental car.

Incredible all around. The host is very attentive and friendly, and he makes incredible pastries for breakfast. The area is very quiet but it only takes about 35 minutes to get to Palermo. The room is very clean and has everything one might need.

Truly excellent property with extremely nice people. Rooms were very clean and spay. Gaspere and his team were so so nice. He baked a special pastry each day. The Cassadella was the best I have tasted just out of the oven. Breakfast terrace had a spectacular view. Bright and sunny. Great location for exploring and lots of tips from Gaspere where the local knowledge is priceless. Highly recommended.

The area where the hotel is located is quiet but not very scenic.

We were greeted by Gasparo, the owner, who is a very gentle and efficient host and gave us a feeling of really being his guests. The room was spacious and so was the modern bathroom. The refrigerator was eguiped with free,local drinks. The breakfast on the terrace was home made with local items. Great job .

I can't understand how this accommodation hasn't got a 10. How anyone has found anything to fault is beyond me.There was nothing to fault. Gaspare the host is amazing. There is nothing he wouldn't do to ensure his guests are comfortable. We had homemade bread, cake and jam for breakfast in a lovely rooftop room/ terrace. The design of the room and all communal areas is amazing. We've never seen anything like the huge shower with it's tiled seat and massage option and fragrant toiletries. There was a fridge with drinks left for us, along with cake and a variety of teas. He gave us great advice about other places on our itinerary. It's in a very quiet street but around the corner are cafes and a supermarket and it's a nice walk down to the large sandy beach. Also if you arrive by bus to Bar Sorgento, the bus stop is literally 3 minutes away. If you drive there is ample parking.

The host is the nicest person on earth, very communicative, caring and always smiling. Thw propery located in a quite street, few minutes drive from the marina. Then property is well maintained, clean and decorated nicely.

We loved the decoration, the comfortable bed and great shower, and how quiet the room was. Parking was also very easy, it is a quiet area and there was plenty of space in the street. But mostly we really liked our host, Gaspare, who made us a delicious breakfast and was super kind :)

The place is clean, quiet, there’s parking right up front. The place is also new and everything works great. Gaspare was the best host - he cooked us an amazing breakfast, was so welcoming and you can tell he loves what he does. So much love is poured into this place and we definitely felt it during our short stay.

Beautiful room! Tile in the bathroom was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Had the breakfast of dreams lovingly prepared by our amazing host Gaspare. A Sicilian sandwich of tomatoes, cheese, anchovies on beautiful bread. I don’t even like anchovies and it was delicious! Followed by homemade cannoli prepared right at the table, mango from his own farm. What a lovely man!

The room is very clean and has all that may be needed. The mattress is super comfortable and the location is quiet. The view from our room was amazing, facing the mountains. Parking is free and just behind the door. We received a warm welcome from Gaspare, with his delicious homemade breakfast and all the assistance including a free sun umbrella. You can feel the passion and style in every small detail. This experience made our vacation unforgettable. Thank you Gaspare, and wish you prosperity.

Very friendly owner, room was very clean. Very tasty breakfast on the roof of the building with self-made pie and fresh fruit from owners' own gardens. There is enough space to park a car near to the building for free. There is also a jacuzzi on the rooftop. We haven't used it, but it's a nice bonus for a relaxing evening.

Everything was exceptional! The level of service was outstanding! Breakfast was delicious, the best I had! The rooms are carefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable! The host of this b&b is truly exceptional! So nice and so attentive to our needs. I would recommend this place to everyone without a doubt! What a beautiful place!

I would like to start with the idea that we’ve never met such a person as Gaspare, the owner of the house. During our entire stay, he treated us as his friends, not to mention how much attentions he drew to us. He always mentioned that his guests are not just people that stay overnight. On our last day, he offered us his suite, so we enjoyed the best room in the house and every morning he would cook for us and baked his special Italian cakes. We truly enjoyed it and we recommend his B&B with our whole heart.
