The room needs some rebuilding, we returned one night and the frame of the door was on the floor as it just unglued from the wall.

The location is excellent just blocks away from the Terminal of train and metro, very well connected. The breakfast costs 10 euros adults and 5 children and is fantastic, a very complete buffet. The size of the rooms was good and is very convenient to have an elevator and a receptionist 24 hours for any issue.

A short ten minute walk from Centrale station but in a much quieter and nicer area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Water, drinks and snacks can be bought at reception.

It was tough getting luggage up and down steps. Not enough lighting and need at least another outlet.

It was hard to sleep because some shared door near the hotel room was squeaking a lot. There was poor sound insulation from the corridor.

Bathroom was old style and probably in need of renovation, though everything worked well enough. Strange plumbing for toilet flush (no cistern). Even with shutters down, the city is very noisy with traffic and sirens going past at all hours, though the hotel itself is in a relatively quiet street.

Good location, a few hundred metres from Milano Centrale station. The room was small but adequate, clean and had a roll down shutter to block out noise and light. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 weeks before and it is a good value for the money. The location is fine (10 min walking from Milano Centrale) and safety. There is a subway (3 min) Sombrio close. The breakfast is also fine for 10 E

Old painting on the walls and old furtniture, needs some tlc and this would highly improve the overall feeling of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to Milano centrale and to the metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Good breakfast, nice balcony with nice street view. I recommend this place for a citybreak!

Illumination is very low. There is only a single tiny lamp in the room that does nothing making the room very dark, so needed to keep the bathroom door open to get some light. Please add proper illumination to the rooms.

The room is very comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. Everyday they clean the room and keep it on spot. The hotel is situated close to a metro station and many buses and tram connections. Easy to access and close to many important points in the city. Has a small lift but works perfectly.

To be honest, everything was as it was advertized by booking, no complains

The hotel is situated nearby the railway central station (Milano Centrale) and you can walk easily (10 min) to the hotel. To go to main attractions (Duomo, Theatre Scala, etc), you can take metro yellow (SONDRIO station), which is very very close (3 min). The breakfast is fine, there are croissant, yogurt, cheese, salame, bread, ham/butter, coffea, tea, some desert. Eggs are also available. There is Air Conditioned that this time of the year is absolutely necessary at Italy. The place looks like safety although I never walked after dark... No noises from the streets. I have not used parking/garage, but there are a lot P available around

Small and slow elevator... the green indicator light of the aircon in room 405 was bright making it difficult to sleep. Also, it would be good if exhaust fans could be installed in the toilets
