Sound isolation was bad, we heard most things going on out in the hallway and into other apartments.. one night there was a girl screaming in the apartment infront of us and we heard it VERY clearly. The cops came and it was okay but still not good to hear everything going on.

Location was great. Beach access as well as being right on the main strip for dining and shopping. Rooms small, but very clean and updated. Nice outdoor pool and the daily breakfast included in our stay was wonderful.

For the beach, they didn’t have any agreements with the deck chair providers, so there were no discounts/ subsidies available when purchasing deck chair use. It is in a great location but the strip is very loud at night (but just get some ear plugs and you’ll be fine!).

It’s right on the beachfront which is amazing. 10/10 for location.

The breakfast was fine unfortunately the music playing from live bands at the bounty bar was loud and interfered with us relaxing on the balcony in the evening

All was perfect

Our room had an incredible view of the sea both from the front and the side. A truly wonderful hotel – spotlessly clean, with an exceptionally friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The location is a perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

None of the TV channels were in English; the majority were Russian channels. It would be great to have at least a few non-smoking tables in the breakfast restaurant's outdoor terrace. Be ready to pay for extras- parking costs in Rimini are pretty high compared to other places in Italy. You must pay for towels if you need them at the pool. Stuff in the lobby and restaurant was helpful, but it felt sterile, almost as if the company's culture forbade them from showing human emotions. There were significant issues with the phone and wifi/internet service in that part of the city, especially in the evening, like zero speed.

The location was great; it was on to the main street and next to the beach. The room was nice, comfortable, premium and modern, and the balcony/terrace was huge. We also liked breakfast.

The pool is at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road isn’t too bad but the traffic of guests in and out of the hotel is clearly visible. Despite this it is a nice clean pool area.

The pool is at the front of the building on the main road and only 6 sun loungers. Our room was halfway between the beachside and the Main Street but the noise from the street was very loud (and we were out of season) the patio doors are not soundproof at all, and had to check a few times that they were properly closed due to the noise. When I asked the staff in the front desk for some milk for the room, we were told there is a supermarket opposite! We paid £386 for 4nights and this was heavily discounted, it would have been better staying a few streets away from the beach and the main road.

The hotel is modern, clean and bright, the location is great for the sea front and also for the shops, bars and restaurants on the main street. The breakfast was really good with a big selection of hot/cold, sweet and savoury, including a honeycomb. The balcony was a really nice size but only directors chairs and a small table so it wasn’t that comfy to lounge on. The room lighting and bathroom were very good.

Nespresso or other coffee machine in the room would made the rating - 10.

Breakfast was wonderful everyday, even the coffee was fantastic (ussualy not in every hotel you will get good coffee). Room was good, we booked partly seeview, we spend evenings in the balcony. Location is just next to the sea. Heated pool was very good option then the sea is too cold to swim.
