Parking very limited at hotel and difficult to get in and out . Situated at a busy road so lots of traffic noise .

Pretty mediocre facilities. Everything felt kind of worn down. The room was not the cleanest when we arrived (some dust in the corner, stickning out under the bed etc.)

Only downside was we couldn’t get wifi in our room, it only seemed to work in the lobby area even thought it said everywhere.

Good hotel in walking distance to multiple restaurants and the lake front as well. Breakfast was decent, but unfortunately in the basement. Staff was very friendly and there was a secure bike storage available. We stayed in the extra building in the back, which was very quiet and away from the pool area and street

This is a great place to stay, we stayed here last year. All parts are excellent. Great location, room cleaning is excellent. Restaurant is very good and plentiful with friendly waiters. We were able to use the bike storage. We parked in underground garage.

Our room was quite warm, with no fan or working aircon. We slept with the balcony door open, which worked fine. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. Enough to shower. Just.

Lovely location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Easy parking. Breakfast was very tasty, staff were nice and accomodating.

As we travelled during high season there was a lot going on in Torbole and it was noisy on the he roads outside until midnight what we also heard to some extent inside the room

I enjoyed the coffee bar in the morning that was offered on top of the breakfast buffet. Italian Espresso, Cappuccino or latte Macchiato was freshly prepared by a well motivated guy (fan of Juventus Turin - good to know if your son walks around with FC Bayern Muenchen tricot ;) ) who nicely garnished the milk froth. The breakfast itself was as good as expected with sufficient choices for everybody to enjoy a breakfast that meets your needs. I and my sons enjoyed a lot - as other guests - the possibility to take the food and drinks from the breakfast buffet to the terrace outside where you have a view on the pool. We had a classic double room with a balcony to the pool what was perfect, despite the room size could have been a bit larger. The room was well cleaned on a daily basis. The room offered an armoire that had sufficient space to store the clothes of all of us. All the staff members were friendly and helpful - we will certainly come again

All of the rooms have the same door key which means someone can go in your room when you’re not there which worried us

The breakfast was really good especially the pastries and they had a barista to make fresh coffees every morning which was amazing
