Unfortunately it wasn't very clean. The bathroom wasn't clean and smelt very bad, we aren't sure if the toilet was blocked. Things were broken like the shower, there was no handle to hold the shower, the lamp was also broken.

The location was very good, the staff were very apologetic about the room being late.. when we arrived the room wasn't ready so we couldn't shower or even use the bathroom as it wasn't in a suitable condition from the previous guest.

Difficult to locate on first arrival( it's s in a condominium, next door to a more expensive hotel). Small but clean rooms. Reception on TV so poor most channels were un watchable. Communal bathroom had a padlock on the door!

The entire room was not clean, the bathroom was full of dirt, the kitchen sink was very dirty, it had not been washed properly for a long time and the dishes were also dirty. The room was missing a mini fridge.

The location was great, the bed is comfortable, the receptionist was great too, welcomed us very well.

Room was big enought for 3 people , shower and toilette inside the room , kitchen was dirty and fridge as well , I would not recomand to unse microwave , during the night was a bit cold inside the room . Locatiin was really good 5 min from termini . Staff was really friendly guy , be aware about city tax you have to pay in cash at check in wich is very high :(

The kitchen and shared apartment, on the listing it looks like you get the entire place to yourself but they sublet the rooms to others.

You get what you pay for, the kitchen is absolutely disgusting and it is a shared apartment with separately booked bedrooms. The staff however was very friendly and accommodating to whatever our demands were. The hot water was down for a night and fixed in the morning. Wifi passwords are always incorrect.

The toilet and shower room are not cleaned well and the water stocked to the floor while showering . The kitchen are so so so very dirty and the fridge handle are horrible dirty and kitchen sinks are horrible dirty! Use some stuff to clean it properly and the oven are very dirty.

The main disadvantage was that the toilet did not flush, this is a BIG problem, thank you for having a bucket to pour water into. This is not a hotel or a bed and breakfast, you cannot leave your luggage with them. We arrived on the day of the strike, for only 2 days, there was little time and a lot to do. We waited an hour for the person who would give us the key Excuse "transport strike"I can understand. But there are taxis, bicycles and scooters that could help a person arrive on time.My plans were ruined. we waited another 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned because it wasn't ready.I didn’t expect cleanliness for that kind of money, it’s ok

50/50. The accommodation is cheap, the room is large and there is a private toilet (but the toilet flush does not work). The train station is 5 minutes on foot and the metro is 3 minutes away.

The place is very dirty They were alive warms behind the toilet as there was a leak covered up with an old dirty sponge which developed warms under it,when I removed the sponge the warms start crawling to the top of the toilet seat, I had to clean up the whole toilet, mopped the floor and removed the warms my self Water everywhere behind the toilet from that leak, I had to put a cloth all around the toilet seat to dry it up Toilet seat was broken The curtain surrounding the bed were extremely dirty The shower head was broken with a sharp broken side, I had to ask Das the guy who works there to change it, which he did immediately The shower plastic curtain is dirty with a half door only for the shower cabinet The bathroom bin, the lid is broken too The pillow cases and the bed sheet were clean but the pillows stinks from the inside, also the winter bed cover you can tell that it wasn’t washed since a while Dust everywhere on the top of the bed side tables The big main table covered with a filthy cloth that I had to remove during my stay on the side before displaying my staff on that table The heater was off and it was very cold in the room during the night and early morning, I had to ask for a small heater which was kindly provided immediately, it’s a flat not a guest house with other rooms and shared kitchen like an Airbnb style, the whole flat wasn’t very clean either, I avoided to use the kitchen at all cost, I had to put my food outside at the window as it was cold enough to keep my fruits fresh just to avoid using anything in that kitchen, the flat carpet old and dirty Any way it’s not a place that I recommend It’s over priced for what it is

It could be a bit more cleaner and maintained but I really didn’t bothered as I was there for a night and probably while passing the property ladies needs to be a bit more careful as it is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood but thank god nothing really happened and it went alright.

I was there for a night only so it was quite a value for money as it was in a good location which was very close to the main train station and other public transportation. The owner of the property was quite friendly and helpful. He was very considerate and honest.

The price should definitely be lowered. The property simply doesn't offer enough to justify the amount we paid. It's small and basic, doesn't have anything besides a bed and a bathroom, and while that isn't necessarily a problem (e.g. we didn't really need anything else), it really loses its chance to be "value for money".

All members of staff were very polite, talkative, and willing to help. The property was right next to the Termini station (guys, be VERY careful with your stuff around that area) and not too far from the city center/tourist attractions. The apartment was quiet and felt very secure.

There wasn’t breakfast and no discount in near restaurants, neither shampoos as supposed to. And these are things that they ought you to book a house. The host became rude and changed his mood when he didn’t get the tip that he expected, but the only thing that he did was giving us the keys and was in a hurry although we had questions. Bad noise cancelling, bad Wi-Fi connection, the TV control didn’t have buttery, so couldn’t turn on the TV and the toilet was making a strange noise every 15 minutes

The Indian boy that received us, he was friendly the first 3 min that we were there, after we didn’t want to give him the return of the fees we paid he become to be upset… he insisted so many times to get it that was really annoyed. We just got two little towels to 3 night and 4 days, plus our toilet had washer clogge problems.

The location is really good, you can find around restaurants and markets, and the buss station is really close

There was a terrible smell :( i slept so hard. even my clothes smelled like that after i left the hostel.. The man said I should keep my window closed. At night, thieves were entering through the window. I tried to sleep in fear when there was a terrible smell at 35 degrees.

The bathroom. The shower curtain had like black mold on the bottom, and the shower did not drain. And after 2 days of being there I mean it literally didn't drain, and brownish water came back up, making the shower unusable. Definitely disgusting. If this was fixed, it wouldn't have been a bad place.

The location was less than a 10 minute walk from Termini station and 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, awesome. It was cheap and had AC - a must during the heatwave. Overall, it was functional, and we got what we paid for. Comfortable enough - did the job and let us spend more euros on gelato & pasta.

The building is on a prominent street with a major cathedral at one end and a park on the other end yet it is strewn with litter and garbage abandoned at the kerbside. The owner has introduced a rule of binning used toilet paper in the Greek style as there is obviously a problem with the plumbing. The description on the Booking.com site is plainly wrong and I don't think they should be advertising accommodations of this kind. Some of the terms I find misleading are 'family-run b&b', 'Breakfast room service is available free of charge.' I will be looking at these descriptions more carefully in future.

There are two factors that would determine people choosing this accommodation . It's cheap for Rome and it's near the main railway station. This is an apartment in a large historic building that has been subdivided into several bedrooms and a central kitchen. The central corridor has a CCTV monitor showing four camera angles. I cannot imagine why . There is no permanent staff presence. There is another B&B business operating on the same floor . All the other apartments seem to be private residences.
