The room was exactly as described, also clean, cozy and well located as it's very close to the metro station. The host was very supportive and quick to respond to my questions and calls.

We had not enough towels and toiletpaper which we had to ask for. If we would have gotten more in first place maybe we wouldn't need to ask for more. For more towels there was a fee of 5€ per towel which surprised us. In the end we got 2 extra free ones, so it was ok. Eventhough there was more needed, especially when you use the Jacuzzi which was leaking on the sides as far as we remember. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and would come again :)

Tatiana / Timeless Puglia was a very nice host, she prepared for us a travel guide for our 4 day stay in Bari. Also we could count on her for Support via WhatsApp. The apartment itself was big enough for us and we remember it comftable. We had a jacuzzi which was our first experince with it. The location was good, was like 10 mins walk to the City and some supermarkets in the near. What was cool is that we could open all the doors with an app.

We had a lovely spring vacation, Tatiana is very helpful and friendly. Location is 5 minutes walking from Bari Centrale. Good choice for digital keys. We will visit you again!

The app that was sent to us to access the property didn't work properly, so we were given keys.

Location very close to train station and many restaurants and stores. Nice balcony for fresh air and property maintenance took care of an issue promptly.

Stayed in the Papavero room - The sheets and pillow cases had some make up left on them. There were also blonde hairs left on one bath towel and on the room floor. The floor lamp really shined on the dusty floor and leftover hairs. Should be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the whole apartment floor is tiles which are super cold throughout the day. Room temperature was good but our feet were so cold we always had to wear shoes, even for getting up at night. Some flip-flops or a rug would have been good. Minor things but still gave some bad impression.

Good location, very easy self check in, even late at night. Tatiana was also very responsive on WhatsApp. Good place to stay just 3 minutes away from the city center. Room size and shower cabin were big, which is rare in Italy I guess.

The tub was a little confusing to figure out the settings, and I didn’t like there wasn’t a shower curtain.

No normal glasses, only polycarbonate ones that is really disappointed. Bed is in front of the entrance doors, that aren't well soundproofed and we were disturbed when neighbours came at late evening or early morning. Balcony is great but please add more privacy and put a screen between our area and neighbour's.

Jacuzzi, location, apartment space, and quality of facilities. Close to railway station and Lidl. Access is fully controlled by your smartphone. But could be a problem if you don't have internet...

We were in Coco Suite. To say there is a is a balcony is a bit misleading, the majority belongs to next door apartment as suspected from photo. It’s more that there isn’t really any room to move/sit with the 2 properties air conditioning units on wall which of course are not in photo. Having said that, air conditioning was a godsend. If you forget/lose your phone how do you access building/room. We couldn’t find a telephone number. All contact through WhatsApp etc?

Wooden shutter to balcony was stuck halfway, despite the soundproofing it was noisy from above, doors on the same level could do with soft closing device to prevent banging.

Great location, clean and spacious room, secure access, lift up to our level was good and efficient. Within walking distance of all amenities, transport, old town and the coast. Would recommend the Pizza place across the road.

It’s close to transport facilities if you plan to visit near city’s but also close to city center Quiet and you have everything you need. Very good guide received from the host
