This property is so cool, I didn’t realise how close it is to Palatine Hills when I booked. Really feels like you’re immersed in Rome. I personally loved the location, it was a bit quieter and provided a nice reprieve from all the tourists.

Quiet place in the heart of Roma. You can also get something take away and enjoy it in the beautiful chiostro, away from the chaos of the city. Very special.

The room could use a few chairs although it did have two small stools.

Location is great for Forum, Palantine Hill, and Colleseum. The hotel is actually adjacent to the hill although access is about a mile away. Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navonna are a short cab ride away. The hotel had a nice quiet courtyard with ample seating and a terrace that faced the street. There were several restaurants and a bar adjacent to the property. There is a no fee Western Union ATM between two of the restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk was staffed continuously. Every staff member I spoke with spoke English. We had the Jacuzzi suite. It had window facing the courtyard and one facing the terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a Espresso machine similar to a Keurig, hot pot with instant coffee, refrigerator and iron. The bed was very comfortable.

It’s about the bathroom: broken shower head holder. When we got back to the hotel on our first day the bathroom floor was full of hair. When I reported to the receptionist he kindly said they would leave a note to their colleague who was working the day after so the floor was actually clean but unfortunately on our third day the floor was full of hair again. I didn’t want to go back to the receptionist as we were leaving the day after early morning.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and safe area, It’s literally in front of Circo Massimo. 10 mins walk to the Circo Massimo tube station and the Colosseum or 5 mins to the bus stop. All the receptionists were kind and very helpful all the time. Spacious room with a kettle - coffee machine and some snacks. There are also a small fridge in case you need to keep some fresh food. Next to the hotel you can find a couple of coffee shops, a gelateria and a pub.

The furniture was a little dated.

The hotel is in a good location near the colosseum but without it being crowded with tourists. There are a couple restaurants nearby that are good for dinner. The staff was polite and was willing to store my luggage before check in.

Everything was perfect! Great location, quiet at night and close to bus stop and metro station to start exploring the city. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The bathroom was also big and clean, equipped with bathrobes and slippers. We enjoyed our stay and we wish it could last longer. We would definitely come back!

It was in a fantastic location that was near to the river and the colosseum. There were some great little cafes on the same road and the food was lovely. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Rome. They do not serve food but we found a lovely little breakfast cafe called ‘Cafe Cafe that served wonder food at great prices that was only 10 min walk and had views of the colosseum. Staff weee excellent and the room was clean and great facilities. 10/10

We were thinking of booking the room with jaccuzi we instead booked the presidential suite, don't regret a thing. Best room I've been in my life. Quiet. Spacious. You are infront of circus maximus and neighbor of the Roman forum. Insane location. Will definitely book again.

The room was gorgeous and very clean. Everything in there was perfect. It was my partners birthday a few days prior to our trip and they surprised her with snacks, beer and a bottle of prosecco. Absolutely outstanding hotel and staff. Will definitely stay there the next time im in rome

The first night I had to look for the blanket which was located in the closet.

The property was fascinating. Well cared for and beautifully renovated. Walking distance to everything but also on the bus line.
