A property with wit, charm and a team who are marvellous. No detail was too much, incredible food, interiors and such a stunning pool. It’s magical - I couldn’t fault any elements. The team looked after us so well and were so welcoming. The pool was glorious!

The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the magic of Venice and the staff. Gloria was wonderful and our dog Diego was happy with the treatment and gifts. We also had wonderful moments at Cipriani. Our Croatian part of the Adriatic is better for swimming, but the Cipriani resort is a vacation for the soul and pleasure.

Snooty people who don't like kids playing at the pool.

Rooms were impeccable. Accommodating staff. Pool overlooking the canal is fun. Breakfast had great selections. Gardens were well kept. Michelin rated restaurant Oro had amazing food.

We selected the hotel for our anniversary. Venice can be romantic the Cipriani’s location , its celebrity history and charming understated luxury was more than perfect. We were made to feel fabulous by the hoteliers from the moment we arrived until the moment we embarked. Our suite overlooked St Mark’s across the Laguna a film set view. The breakfast verandah restaurant was fabulous , gourmet selections under blue and white parasols crisp white linen table cloths and silverware . I have stayed in a view 5 star places, but the cipriani is the real deal, the whole story and vibe is great, its expensive 50 euro for a glass of wine thats slightly over the top but the feeling of comfort the vibe its the best and even though its had a make-over its not destroyed unlike the four seasons who seem to ruin everything with there cold decor and sanitary feeling, the Cipriani is the real deal.

Hard to think of anything. We had beige curtains in our room - I hate beige - but I'm splitting hairs here.

The location is to die for. After the hurly burly of being with the crowds, it feels like an oasis of calm. The service is excellent - the staff really do care if you are happy, they are brilliant. This hotel offers many things, great breakfast included in the price, a fab pool, lovely spa, good cocktails, beautiful rooms, but it's the staff who are the secret weapon. We only came home last night and we are planning our next trip.

Beauitful, stylish resort, with extremly helpfull end flexible staff. I would like to highlight the Lady with short black hair at the front office, i guess Nicola, and the gentleman at the beach with glasses. And the lady with long braun hair at the beach. She was also very helpfull and kind. Our room was super, facing to Venice. The breakfast and the dinner at Cip’s club were also beyond expectations. Many thanks. Def will come back
