Very handy to train station, restaurants and harbour. Enjoyed our day at Portovenere...thank you for the tip. Enjoyed the ferry ride to get there.

This place is amazing. Our host was helpful with our check in around our train times. The apartment is really well fitted out. Modern and clean. Location is excellent, we loved it here.

The location of the house is excellent within walking distance to restaurants and the train station. The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host takes their job seriously, is very attentive to guests, and responds quickly to messages. If I were to come again, I would definitely choose this place once more :)

Wonderful apartment in an old building, wide, nicely decorated, just a walk away from the center. The host is very kind, attentive and caring for the comfort of the guests.

All great. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and very responsive in reply. The apartment is fantastically located near by the station and right in the centre of La Spezia. The apartment is nice, very clean and well equipped with everything.

Matteo is a wonderful host. He gave us tips on where and how to go about the city. Thank you Matteo. The condo was impeccably clean and the rooms spacious. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to the train station and the walking streets as well as to the ferry docks.

Everything was perfect

We called the owner 30min before arrival. He was waiting for us to let us in the parking place, and showed us the whole apartment. Incredibly clean, very well decorated with attention to detail, that’s not common to find. The flat has 2 rooms both equipped with their own A/C unit, a must for this incredibly hot summer season. The owner gave us some local insider tips on which nearby town to visit for the afternoon. He was not wrong, extremely beautiful small town by the sea.

Excellent apartment!! Very beautiful and spacious. The railway to visit Cinque Terre is near and you can go walking. There are many restaurants nearby. It is absolutely clean and well equipped. The bathroom is good, as there is a good shower. The beds are very comfortable. I really recommend it!!

A beautiful apartment 5 minutes from the pedestrian street in La Spezia, 10 minutes from the port. The host Matteo, a special man, to whom we also thank in this way.

Very large, very clean apartment. 2 king size beds and 1 proper single (not a sofa bed.)! Excellent hot water shower pressure. Good location near main shops and eateries. Approx 800 m from train. Great host with quick response.

We like everything about the property, it was clean, spacious and the host went above and beyond so we can feel confortable at the property. Closed to train stations and main buses lines. The property was well packaged with all essentials. Beds were super confortable. Will definitely stay here again!
