The shower was our only problem. On our first night the water pressure was really bad but then the next day it only dribbled out of one hole in the shower head. The host did come out and change the shower head which was amazing and solved that problem but there wasn’t a consistent heat of water and it was either turn boiling hot or freezing cold without us changing the temperature. Other than the shower it’s the perfect place.

Comfy beds, spacious room and great facilities. You get your own shelf in the fridge and have access to anything in the kitchen. Amazing air conditioning. Great staff and very responsive.

It is an older property so some things didn’t work so smoothly, like the toilet took several pushes before it would flush. Also the fridge in the common area wasn’t cold at all, we ended up putting our food in the freezer to keep it cold (nothing in the freezer would freeze either). The fridge not being cold enough is a bit of a food health and safety risk. However even though it was a Bit run down, the host’s customer service and the spaciousness of the rooms more than made up for it!

The host was SO friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms, and a small tabletop oven in the kitchen to reheat food. She would come in and tidy our beds and refresh our towels every couple of days :) she also let us use her washing machine to wash our clothes which was very nice of her! Great location in Naples and very close to the train station, city, and delicious food options nearby

The location is near to the Central train station. Transportation facilities are good. Room was OK. No such big issues.

Nice and close to Napoli train station which was helpful. Was able to get on the metro to visit Pompeii. You can also take the metro to the Port where you can ferry to other towns in the area. Which was convenient for me. I also really appreciated the owners allowing me to use the washing machine and taking me to the airport in the early morning for a much cheaper fare than a regular taxi would.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled very fresh, there was a hairdryer in the room, private bathroom and the host was very friendly, providing me with all necessary information and even allowing me to leave my luggage there after I had checked out.

A good location to the train station but to all the tourist things you need it's about a half hour walk. Taxi is the same time. A ma and pa run place, where you get good guidance on Naples and cheap food education. Invaluable information. Clean and tidy. The bed was made every day and had enough towels for the 3 nights I stayed. The area looks shady but safe. Good cafes close by and cheap fruit and vegetables around the corner and a self use laundry mat a block away. This isn't bad for the price and education of the area.

If you stay here, you will meet the lovely owners. They are very kind friendly people and are very helpful wanting you to enjoy your visit in their native city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Quiet comfortable room walking distance to central train station for out-of-town excursions to Pompeii etc. The location is also walking distance to Naples old town city center

The only thing we didn't like is the 56 steps you have to climb to get in and out but supposedly next year they are finally put in an elevator. That was the only thing we didn't like but at the same time it was good exercise!

The location was great, very close to the train station and the host was there waiting for us, she gave us a lot of tips of where to go what to see and offered to change the accommodations if we weren't happy with the room we had booked but we were very happy with it so we stayed in the same room. Place was very clean and we stayed twice in the same vacation so we were happy with everything

The hike to get there 56 steps up and 56 down but the host told us that by next year they will have an elevator! We knew already about the steps as we had been there before but we really liked the location and we could do the steps! The shower is small so a big person won't fit and we had trouble adjusting the water temperature but we could have asked the host and we didn't and we could have changed the room but we liked the room overall so we didn't.

The location is excellent if you take the train only a 10 minutes walk, it's clean the host is excellent she couldn't be more helpful in showing the different sites and how to get there.

The bathroom installations weren't the best. They need to fix the shower, the flush of the toilet and the smell of pipes. The location around the B&B is not the most pleasant with a lot of trash and scary people walking around at night. I recommend going straight to the train station and take the metro to the spanish quarter or out of Napoli completely for a nicer experience.

The host is lovely and cleaned everyday. She is always there to support and help in anything we need. The place is very close to the train station and metro, which is great because you can go anywhere in a few minutes.

There's no elevator, so we had to climb up to the 2nd floor with 2 big suitcases. This was my fault for not reading the property details before booking.

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was real close to the train station, so we were able to walk to the hotel. Everything was within walking distance.

wasn't made aware of additional city fees in advance. As advertised, it is two stories up in an old building with no elevator, no problem for us, but possibly for those with large luggage. Showerscreen leaked terribly wetting bathroom and hallway floors. Advertised as a B & B but no breakfast served. Needed to ask for coffee pods every day, though teabags were available. No daily housekeeping but replacements given when requested. Nothing insurpassable.

Great location close to central railway station (with large food court including McDs and Burger King, and Garibaldi bus station. Clean, air conditioned room, satellite TV, hot water, bath and shower. Room had a large double bed and bunkbeds. Kitchen area had a shared fridge, kettle, coffee maker, utensils, microwave and fan. This is a typical old building for the area, so kind of quaint. Don't expect a modern hotel for this price. Owner and staff friendly and helpful. Supermarket nearby.

The mattress on the bed was particularly uncomfortable, the room would be perfect if this is replaced. Bathroom was small, however served its purpose and you get what you pay for.

Staff were exceptional! Lady on reception gave us multiple recommendations of places to visit in the city, and how to best utilise our few days staying. Amazing location, 5 minute walk away from central station so can easily access the metro to get around the city, but also trains for onwards travel to other places in Italy. At Central Station, there is also a bus to get to airport that runs frequently so no need to pay for expensive taxi!
