It's a lot of stairs and a steep walk to get there. Especially up to our room. It would be nice if this was communicated more. Our room was very small, thankfully there was a common area

The climb felt long as it was uphill but thankfully not the very top. The steps to the top story rooms and breakfast nook are narrow and steep. Can be challenging if legs and balance are a limitation. It is Cinque Terre so be prepared with conditioned legs!

Our hostess was inviting with her kindness while providing a relaxing and accommodating stay. The rooms clean and very comfortable with a touch of historical and winery charm feel. We stayed in the room on the bottom floor and it was a great choice. Our other couple stayed on the top floor, smaller but comfortable once navigating the narrow steps up. It is surrounded by lovely lemon trees, plants and a view to soak in. Enjoyed the patio area as a common area to visit. Definitely request the recommended taxi service to carry luggage to the rooms upon arrival, it was so worth the extra expense. Loved our stay!

Strange room set up with the bathroom and shower fully open, but a remote privacy screen that can be lowered. Need side tables beside the beds and proper lights for reading (not single glaring pot light). Pillows very flat.

Great location, not too far from the train or the main road in town. Lovely little continental breakfast served each morning. Very clean and friendly hosts.

Our only complaint, which i would like to preface is not a reflection on the Coast to Coast accommodation or Aurel, was the taxi service or Marzio and Lucinda. The taxi service was poor as they were both unresponsive, late to pick us up and overpriced. We booked the taxi to arrive when we got to the station and they were dismissive on messages and 15 minutes late, we also had to load our own luggage on arrival which Marzio factored the number of suitcases into the taxi price, so we felt ripped off. We also had difficulty and an attitude from Marzio on our request to get dropped back at the train station at the end of our stay, so we chose to walk instead which I would recommend and the station is well connected to the Riomaggiore town.

The property was modern and clean and incredible value for money. This accommodation provided above and beyond additions and service to any other accom during my two week trip around Italy. The room was incredibly clean and modern and facilities were up to date, as well as the incurable views from the accommodation over the town and ocean! The host Aurel provided us snacks, coffees and aperols in the fridge complimentary to our stay as well as toiletries included. Aurel is great at communication on WhatsApp and provided us with breakfast each morning, but also recommendations of where to eat in town and best tips for the trains and hikes. She really made our stay even better!

The stairs were a little deep and steep so very difficult to manage with luggage and we had smaller size bags. I would have preferred a little smaller shower and having a closet or drawers for our storage.

Breakfast was good and the staff was great. View was great from the balcony off the common area. They coordinated a taxi on the last day which was very helpful.

The only bone to pick was shower grout needed a bit of a scrub but that’s the only minor fault. The entire property was beautifully clean and exceptional.

The bathroom could use more space for hanging towels etc that are within reach. It is quite challenging to get up the steep hills and stairs with luggage so worth considering if you have mobility issues.

We loved our stay here and found everything super comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and explained the directions on how to arrive and check in really well. The terrace outside was lovely to sit and enjoy a beer after hiking the cinque terre!

Nothing to not like- the only thing is the walk from the station was quite steep (so be prepared), but Aurel sent detailed instructions on how to get to the accommodation with the least amount of stairs which was very helpful!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property! First of all, Aurel, our lovely host was the most kind and helpful throughout our stay. She reached out with clear instructions on how to get to the property and was contactable during our whole stay via message for any queries or recommendations. The room itself was lovely, clean and spacious, and the common area where breakfast was served had an amazing view of Riomaggiore.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Cinque Terre Coast to Coast is amazing! Super clean, amazing views and the room was very comfortable. Aurel was so friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. We were given ample information prior to arrival to help us find our accommodations as well as recommendations on what to do while in Riomaggiore. I wish we had more time here and hope to return one day.
