Property was clean and comfortable with a very nice breakfast. Great location and very walkable. Patricia was very sweet and helpful for recommendations of sites and restaurants. She was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to. We would definitely stay here again !

The pillows were a little to high for our taste and air conditioning was not really effective.

Patricia was wonderful and accommodating! There was an AC issue in our original room and she made sure that we were accommodated and comfortable. She is wonderful and gave great advice for the city!

The location could not have been more perfect. We walked everywhere, including to and from the train station with our bags. Various great restaurants, bars and shops within a minute walk also, plus key attractions. Patricia was an exceptional host, she provided us with some great recommendations, catering everything to our interests. Check in and out was a breeze, and breakfast was delicious (fresh pastries included).

The location is truly excellent as the accommodation is situated right in the heart of Florence, with all major attractions just a short walk away. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and very clean. We especially want to praise the hostess, who prepared a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee every morning. I had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B in Florence! Patricia, the host, truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at home. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, helpful, and full of great recommendations for places to visit and eat around the city. The homemade breakfast was a highlight every morning—fresh, delicious, and especially the pastries, which were absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with many major sights just a short walk away. Our room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and overall, everything was clean and cozy. It’s clear that Patricia takes great pride in what she does, and it makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Lots of stairs to climb with luggage — no lift. Also a bit loud both at night and early morning. Consider requesting a room that doesn’t face front.

Super location right in the heart of old Florence. Comfortable room, outstanding food, terrific hostess who really knocked herself out to get to know every guest and make knowledgeable suggestions. Very old building with interesting architecture; bustling piazza and restaurants right there.

It may be just our room, but we had an air conditioner just next to the bed , so I couldn’t sleep very well next to it , as it made noises and it was quite strong . But if you switch it off, it becomes a bit stuffy in the room. We ended up opening the window, but we had cafes and restaurants downstairs , so there was noise till 3 am and then again from 5am. As mentioned in other comments, If you have a heavy luggage - it may be difficult to climb the stairs (a bit steep and you need to climv couple of floors up).

Amazing location in the heart of the city - close to everything! Perfect for visiting all the cultural sites as they are all around the corner. The owner is very helpful , breakfast is very nice.

Just remember this is a 700 year old building so no lift. Do not bring a lot of luggage if you can’t carry it upstairs. This is not a not like item just a fact that you should know. It is listed in the questions and answers on booking.com just wanting to let folks know.

Breakfast was wonderful. Patricia even made homemade croissants and pastries, great coffee. Patricia also gave us great info about what other museums and places to see. Location was great. 15 min walk from the train station, close to the cathedral, the Uffizzi, many great restaurants.

The down side was the amount of stairs you had to climb & carry your bags up to get to the B&B. I would have liked a larger room. The bath was very small.

Patricia, was great. She was helpful with dining, sightseeing tips, and getting us taxi's. The breakfast was wonderful. She provided extra pillows for my husband who had broken ribs.

Excellent stay, right in the beating heart of Florence's city centre. Patricia was an excellent host, going out of her way to give us as much information and tips as possible for our stay. Lovely homemade breakfast too. Couldn't fault our stay.

Excellent B&B in the heart of Florence, every highlight is located withub 5/10 minutes walking distance. Patricia really is the hostess with the mostess, from the excellent restaurant & museum recommendations to her lovely home made pastries at breakfast every morning. Can't wait to return here & will definitely recommend to friends and family!
