Reviews of Ciao Verona Bed and Kitchen

We stayed in Verona for 3 days and stayed in this wonderful room. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the message from the host that we received before our trip, where she described Verona’s sights in detail and even suggested an itinerary. It was really helpful upon our arrival. There is no reception desk here, but getting into the room was very easy thanks to the detailed photo instructions. It’s also very easy to get in touch with the host, which is important. I especially want to thank her for our room. It was perfect! Spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishes, and utensils. The bathroom is separate, with a shower, toilet, and bidet, and it also has everything you might need. We truly felt at home here. If I ever come to Verona again, I will definitely stay here. The location is also excellent—just 300 meters from Porta Nuova train station and the bus terminal. I give these apartments 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them. A huge thank you to the host!

Very clean place. The host gave very clear instructions to get the key and get to the apartment., hassle free.

We booked a room with private bathroom (outside the room) but it was very accessible to the rest of the guest, so not really private bathroom unless the rest did not feel the need to use it. Also there was a big mold on the ceiling and wall with a very strong smell, so we did not feel comfortable using it, especially traveling with kids.

Sizeable room and bathroom. Kitchen was sizeable and good to cook breakfast in as stated in description. Brilliant location

The only small issue was that I sliced my head open on the sharp metal strip on the bed. (Just a warning for future customers)

Could not recommend enough! The location is perfectly located right next to the main train and bus station and within walking distance to the old town. The whole apartment is kept extremely clean. The instructions on arrival were straight forward and easy to follow. The staff are considerate, we even got a free room upgrade mid-stay! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is super comfy.

The walls are thin and the other guests had their door open till late so it was quite loud.

The apartment is really nice and I liked the location. It's actually a two bedroom apartment that they rent each room separately. Our triple room was really big and comfortable. I liked that the host let us leave our luggage. There was a huge tv in our room

There is only one toilet, I knew that it's a shared bathroom and it wouldn't be a problem if there is a separate toilet. it wasn't a big problem we managed. I would say for Verona is a good value. If you search for something better in this price range you will need to go outside of Verona

The owner was very attentive, very clean and fragrant rooms, comfortable beds, exceeded my expectations. A super positive point is that it's close to the train station.

Location and overall facilities. As our stay was bus based short trips, the location was strategic right.

There was a little mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, but I'm sure the wonderful host will take care of it in no time.
