We booked a room with private bathroom (outside the room) but it was very accessible to the rest of the guest, so not really private bathroom unless the rest did not feel the need to use it. Also there was a big mold on the ceiling and wall with a very strong smell, so we did not feel comfortable using it, especially traveling with kids.

Very clean place. The host gave very clear instructions to get the key and get to the apartment., hassle free.

There is only one toilet, I knew that it's a shared bathroom and it wouldn't be a problem if there is a separate toilet. it wasn't a big problem we managed. I would say for Verona is a good value. If you search for something better in this price range you will need to go outside of Verona

The apartment is really nice and I liked the location. It's actually a two bedroom apartment that they rent each room separately. Our triple room was really big and comfortable. I liked that the host let us leave our luggage. There was a huge tv in our room

It is not really about the property. It was a little hard to get in contact with the host to let her know we were outside trying to get in .

The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was not too far from the station. That is always a plus. Although in Verona it is a little far from the touristic zone.

The property is in a great location, making arrival late at night very easy, and detailed instructions are provided for accessing the property and room. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Whilst the bathroom is shared, there were no issues during my one night stay and it was free when needed. The host shared a great list of the main sights, which worked well for me as I only had the one day and it took the perfect amount of time, finishing with some food recommendations.

The arrival instructions were a little complicated, but the host was very available to help out.

The host was very kind when we asked to leave our bags for an additional night and gave us a space to leave them (for an additional, but understandable charge of 15EUROS). The host was also very responsive.

Perfect location (with possibility for parking) as it’s walking distance to the historical Arena. We had a quadruple room and it was perfectly clean and tidy. Although I’m very picky, the fact that the bathroom was outside the room didn’t disturb at all as it was organised perfectly. The airco and WiFi worked perfectly.

Furniture in room was a bit outdated, the cupboard smelt a bit and the bed wasn't the comfiest. Otherwise hard to fault this place.

The host was very friendly and met us early to drop our bags off. The location was an easy walk from the station and relatively close to the main sites. The property was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning in the bedroom.

There were 2 bathrooms in shared corridor (for 3-or 4 rooms). We had out own private bathroom but in order to reach it, we had to go through corridor that was only inconvenient. Otherwise everything was more than fine!

Location is very good. Host met us and explained everything what we needed to know. Apartment is nice. Complex of the buildings where apartment is located is a very green area and very close to the central railway station (5-10 minutes walking distance).

Since it is a shared bathroom, I didn't like that there was no place in the room to hang towels to dry.

The location, near the train station, was key for us. The place is very clean, instructions on how to get in were good. The host was very attentive - we were down to one roll of TP, and someone brought more within minutes. The kitchen had utensils for cooking. The room for 4 was sufficient, the beds were comfortable. A King size bed and a double/queen bed (no couch needed to be slept on) I had not originally read that it was a shared apartment with other guests; originally thinking the shared bathroom was for the 4 of us. But, it worked out just fine as the other guests were also quiet and came in late and left early. Again, it was quiet with the other guests there - walls were solid and we felt safe. Bathroom clean, shower worked well.

We really didn’t like the attention and availability of the host. At the end, she sent a worker to give us the keys. We’re waiting around 6 hours for get the keys.
