How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I would've liked for there to be shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom.
The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and nice, and the hotel, including rooms and common areas was very clean!

I really liked the location, the area is wonderful, the guesthouse is clean and welcoming, I felt like family there, the owners are kind and always helped us with information in preparing the routes! Very good breakfast, very good coffee!

Lovely,friendly, helpful people in a beautiful valley, close to shops, restaurants etc with spectacular views. Excellent value for money , a cold fridge for your beer and a nice breakfast to start your day.

This is a lovely inn hosted by a very kind family. The hotel is clean, cozy, and comfortable, with great mountain views. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options and with fresh homemade cakes. Parking is available, and location is great.

Rooms are really simple but clean, well maintained and have everything you need. Exactly as on description so you know what you get. But balcony pays it off)) Finally you are coming not to sit in the room but to ski))
The balcony was wow! Large with a view on the Canazei main road and mountains. Spacious room. The location is exceptional close to both main ski lift and descent area, just literally in the middle, so its very important when you are with ski equipment. And just around the corner it's a nice après ski bar with music and dancing - Paradiso. And hosts Manuele and Daniel were just exceptional, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Provided a lot of useful tips and partner discounts for ski rent and restaurants around. It's a great value for money. We were very nicely surprised, as made almost last minute booking.

We had a perfect stay at Garni Ciamorc and would love to stay here again. The place is a small family business with a nice history. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming - they offer great advice about places to visit in the area. Our room was spotless clean, good size, comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of options and homemade cakes as a bonus :)

Nothing, although I wish I had noticed the shutters - they greatly blocked out noise and light.
Greatly exceeded expectations all of the way around. Family run operation. The two boys, Manual and Daniel, were very friendly and informative, offering conversation and advice on a wide range of subjects. They were also very accommodating to our group's requests. Highly recommend, and will look to stay here if I come back to ski (this was a summer paragliding trip).

The breakfast room is on the lower level and a bit dingy. But they plan to move it upstairs to remedy that.
We really liked the friendly staff and the newly remodeled room. Little things like the instant hot water maker made our stay very comfortable. And the breakfast was very good.

Charming and very clean family run hotel with a short walk to the main lift, town centre, restaurants and bars. The family were very helpful with questions and suggestions and breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels/bedding changed during our stay. We had a triple room which was totally adequate for 3 skiers. The hotel has plenty of parking too.

A very warm and welcoming place run by a charming and kind family. It's very central and close to the big ski lift. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean - and it's cleaned every day. We were there in a cold period and the room was comfy and warm. The breakfast is really good with plenty to choose from and very nice coffee. The family is very attentive to bring you coffee and fill up food on the breakfast buffet - and they create a nice relaxed atmosphere at the same time. The place is well kept and everything is neat and in order. We love Garni Ciamorc and will definitely come back!

Noise isolation in room, in our room we were hearing neighbors very clearly
The family who is managing the hotel is super friendly and kind, ready to help any moment with anything. Location is in center made our being there comfortable and convenient. Cleaning staff works perfect. room was warm

Pretty thin walls
Great hosts! The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is coffee, tea and cookies you can have any time and a fridge in a common area. Very good breakfast and the hosts are a very nice family that will help you in whatever you need including planning your trip in the area.

The single beds are quite narrow and you might want to bring your own shower gel/shampoo as very little is provided.
