    Near the train station

The staff didn’t speak a word of English, so it was very hard to communicate with them. Check-in was difficult and not made clear. The bed in my room was not the bed in the picture. I purchased a full bed and yet I was only given a twin.

    It had A.C

On my first day, I was so tired that I slept through the day and at like 11:00 am they were knocking on my door (I still don't know why) and when I didn't answer they were going to get INTO THE ROOM in spite of everything. I'm a light sleeper but this was definitely a horrible thing to experience as a solo traveller.

    Property response:

Thank you for your review, You did have daily clean option in your reservation. You could have opt out by informing the staff. Kind Regards

This flat is just a couple of steps walking to Roma termini

They never told me that I have to pay extra for city taxes, in other platforms like airbnb this is included in the final price, this was not the case which cost me 30 euros extra. The personal didnt speak english, italian or spanish

The hostel is in a huge building with many apartments. We arrived at the door, but since there was no doorbell, we couldn't get in. We stood at the door waiting for someone to let us in for a long time. The receptionist was very friendly but didn't speak English, making it difficult to communicate. The room was very basic, and the TV didn't work.
